Long waits, which is not uncommon for a Whataburger. I arrived 2 mins after my online order was supposed to be ready, but it seemed like they didn't start making it until I got there and asked. I love our Texas Whataburgers, so I'm lax on the rating, but timeliness really needs improvement or Whataburgers will all go downhill in favor of In n Outs.
I don't even know where to start but 3 times is unacceptable. I came through the drive thru and had to wait at least 20 min to get my food which I ordered like 10 min ago. Not only did I get my food got all the way home to notice tht my order was not even correct. Drove back to get my order corrected and still didn't get it right thinking putting the old recipe on a new bag to again have my order not correct. 3rd and final time a Manger had to correct my order . Food trash! Couldn’t replace my toast for fries the fries was cold and soggy the chicken tenders were old. I asked for avocado on my burger they put a little bit of avocado on one corner.
