Great taste on the XL Big New Yorker Pizza...Unfortunately, it's not what I'd call an XL pizza! It wasn't 16" across and was a large at best...Pizza Hut needs to go to NY to see what an XL slice is!!
They are not steady with the orders or the wait time. Sometimes we get warm food or under cooked. Or just late. Please bring back the Option Garlic Butter Trim for pizzas for free !!!

Food quality was good, as expected. Delivery person was courteous and friendly. The app does not allow to place a claim for missing items or problems with the order. If you are not willing to deal with this loss, consider using a food delivery option like Doordash or Grubhub and pay the extra fee. At least you'll be covered for missing items or problems with your food. Very frustrating experience.
