Order 40 worth of food thru the app when we went home the fries were all burnt and wings was hard then I call the next morning and told me they had given us bad food the manager said we don't give you new food because you did not call on the day I got bad food what kind of business is this as long as I have bad food and a receipt you should replace it this place has bad reviews now I see why Stay Away and zI did call corporate on them with there bad policy

First time ordering delivery, and I will NEVER DO that again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This experience was horrible.First, I ordered my food, and it was only supposed to take 30-45 minutes. Here it is 2 hours later and I still have yet to receive my food. I received a call from one dasher saying the store said my food had already been picked up. I was reassigned dashers 3-4 times. When I called the store, it took me 4 times and 7 minutes of being on hold to speak to someone. The lady told me that I would basically have to take it up with doordash even though I went through their website to order. 2 hours later and being reassigned drivers 3-4 times, my food was finally delivered. Why should I have to take it up with doordash when I ordered through wingstop. They should've issued me a refund and took it up with doordash themselves since they partnered with them to deliver their orders.

Depends who’s working. When the short Spanish woman is working, everything is guaranteed finessed.Always order ahead for pickup. We picked up early for the Super Bowl and it was phenomenal. Best I’ve ever had and I worked for Wingstop when I was 18 and enjoy it ever since.

Ordered online for takeout. Arrived 30 minutes after order was placed, but when I arrived they said they hadn't received order. They told me it would be another 30 minutes for my order, so I told them just to cancel my order. Supervisor said she canceled my order and I would be refunded, but I still have not received refund. This was about 1 month ago now.

I've never had a problem with any Wingstop that I've ever been to. That's weird because in my whole life I've never had one problem with any wingstop. They have all been consistently good. Great wings. Great service. Just a great experience.
We had 3 orders, and all 3 were fresh and seasoned well. I do not like the fact that I couldn't call ahead. So we had to sit and wait, but that was OK when it's cooked right. The hostess was polite when I ordered. The lobby area was very clean. The drink station was clean and free. If I sticky counters I'm very proud of our neighborhood wings stop and of course, I will be back. ?

Please assist the people at the front with the phones.... The kids that are hired do not know how to multi task it seems. I've called multiple times and left on hold for over 5 minutes almost Everytime ... It most likely would be longer .. I just don't keep holding. This is the type of decline of service we speak about... It wasn't this hard to handle before... It shouldn't be hard to handle the same tasks.
