Trying to get someone to pick up the phone to place an order is a gamble! The fries seem to always be hard whenever I get them so I have been choosing the veggie sticks. They seem to be always have the look of sitting out hours on end. Not to mention the chicken!!! Be sure to tell them NOT TO FRY THE CHICKEN HARD (usually because they over cook it or they are not changing the grease often enough). I’m not sure who taught the evening crew how to cook the chicken but the younger crew DOES NOT absolutely not know how. The batter is one thing depending on the flavor you get but the meat itself should NOT be crunchy as well. Last but not least nothing upsets me more then when you see a group of 5 people standing around talking with no one at the register (which he came in from outside later after standing there 5 minutes)with a lobby full of people. Evening crew and Manager DO BETTER!!!

Ruben was amazing! Promote this one with pay that reflects his hospitality like $4 at least! He made me more confident in ordering delivery again… this is thie guy! My boys are so happy… the introduced the word “bussin” to me!

This location seems to prioritize doordash drivers instead of their online or call in order customers. The manager needs to do something about the door-dash drivers The drivers are rude they cut the lines all the time & when they are called out they show their phone & say “doordash”. Its so rude they think they have the right to cut because they are there to pick up orders. & your employees need to do better & let the drivers wait their turn. Its rude to get cut off mid conversation & be told to “wait” like excuse me? You were helping me first.I don’t even want to order from this location anymore it seems like the doordash driver situation continues to get worse each time i order from this location.

alright wing stop y’all done pissed me off. Don’t go to this location unless you don’t mind waiting over 45 minutes after you placed your online order. Plus your food will be served either undercooked or overcooked. Like why are my wings hard that they break like chips? Plus the majority of the staff is always stoned that’s why they act the way they do. Next time just observe them and you’ll notice because hey I act like that but when I’m at home NOT AT WORK! I’m 4:20 friendly but yoo get your act right.Yesterday I waited for 45 minutes to get my 6pc meal, I know it was Super Bowl but I purposely waited until about 9PM to order. I arrived to pick them up, the place was empty only had a couple dinning in, my order wasn’t ready. I’m like cool I’ll have a seat, I hear the guys in the kitchen yell “ how many minutes do fries cook for” then another “idk” there’s like 8 of them!!!! 15 minutes pass and I’m there like hey when is my order going to be ready. They tell me 3 more minutes. The couple who was dining in got their order wrong so they tell the cashier and when I tell you that employee was soooo out of there because he asked the customer like 5 times what was wrong with his order, all that man was trying to say was that they gave him 12 lemon pepper when it should’ve been 6 lemon and 6 habanero! not so hard to comprehend unless you are stoned. Not even tbh but anyways the couple gets their second “correct” order first like WHATTTT?! WHERES MY ORDER?!It’s 10:48PM and they finally give me my food when I placed the online order at 9:37PM. Me being the person I am was like nope don’t be pissed just take your meal and enjoy at home. I get home only to see that my fries were not fully cooked. My wings were so hard and dry!Never before have I felt so pissed over food! So as y’all read this post I hope you understand my frustration. Best believe I’m also calling and yelling “representative” at that phone until I get connected with someone because I GOT TIME TODAY!

It is 10:52 Pm I have been waiting in this store for over 20 minutes. I came here thinking it would not take that long because it’s late. But OVER TWENTY MINUTES?! Ridiculous. I originally got it for pick up, but the employees took so long making my food i decided to just eat there.I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt here, i’m being kind with these stars. Because in reality all they deserve is 1/5 starts for EVERYTHING. Like how hard is it to make food, you’re not even having a rush and you’re moving this slow?! And if this small amount of people is considered a “rush” to your employees then Wingstop you need to train your employees to be more productive, faster, and more efficient.I tried to put it past me because i thought, maybe i was just hangry. But then I tried to throw away my food there was not trash cans? And I look around and i see a trash bag tied and customers are expected to shove their food in there, How Disgusting!! Not to mention I look at the drink area it’s dirty, sticky, trash is everywhere and there is no straws or forks. How unprofessional and disgusting. This is very disappointing and based on the other review for this restaurant stuff like this seems to happen too often. I am very disappointed and will not be returning again.

Service was horrible. 10 people behind the counter talkingabout the night before, 4 people waiting in line to order, and not one person acknowledged. Order on line and took hour and 10 minutes to receive order. After online said 25-30 minutes. Like another review said there is no negative star review or else o would give it a -5

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Nothing but kids working here. Called to place an order was on hold for 5 minutes. Called again and they kept hanging up on me. What a shame hiring people with no customer service whatsoever. Do better.
