Since 2015 I have never been to a Cici's restaurant that had all fresh food everytime I went back up there to get more pizza ? the restaurant is clean food is great and let me tell yall about that soup fresh and good first time I didn’t need salt and pepper also it’s hot not warm this will be the only Cici’s I come to ever again… also the employees and manager have very good customer service everything was just great to me and my 6 kids

I ordered a pizza and asked for well done several times the pizza looks under cooked and so is the veggies nothing about this pizza says well done and it tastes like it's under cooked the plus side it the male I believe is the manger seems nice but the cooks beside one female looks like they could careless about how the mess up

Dirty & raggedy no manager in sight. No ice no one cleaning up no one watching how sloppy these pizzas were. The floors & everything was sticky. There was no salad dressings refilled. There was no pasta sauce. The same three pizzas being made & the workers having their own conversation & not tending to customers. The guy on register didn’t even know what he was doing we stood waiting for him to figure out the cash register for 15 minutes no lie

Great lunch experience.Pleasant staff.Hot & fresh choices on the line.I had salad, soup, pasta w sauce , pizza & dessert.I havent been to a Cicis in a while but was impressed by this location in Humble, Tx on Hwy 59.I was also able to use a promotional discount for a $4.99 Adult Buffet (Mon-Tue) which was much appreciated.See y'all again soon.
