Food was bad old and cold curly fries only had about four the rest was old brittle pieces which we all know potatoes are cheap. Y u gonna skimp.on them. Had little bacon on the burger. They raised the prices u can't we at least get what we pay for. I love the curly fries and the onion rings.now when u go through a drive through u get chips of curly fries. It's sad. Tacos were old and brittle. Very unhappy customer.cheese cakes much smaller.i used to like jack but definitely not that one.

Young dark-haired young woman working behind the counter with 3 young men was cussing using very profane language really loudly and could be clearly heard throughout the restaurant. She used the F word constantly. I finally asked the taller of the 3 men who was the one who took my orders and checked them out to be sure that they were correct, if she talked like this all the time and didn't she realize that everyone there in the lobby and dining area could hear her. She heard me and turned and looked at me, then turned away from me and laughed and called me a bad name.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and a supreme croissant in drive thru. Not a hard order. They messed it up and acted confused as to what the problem was. I explained over 3x’s what the problem was and the guy at the window looked like a deer in headlights. There was no cheese on the chicken sandwich and they gave me the wrong croissant. The guy at the window tried to talk down to me as if I mistakenly ordered the chicken sandwich; I know there’s 2 different ones, that’s why I used the specific number for the one I wanted. My first and last time going to this jack in the box.

On this date 12/24, before Christmas, most fast food venues were closed, but we came upon this location, and we were happy. The drive-thru line was extremely long, which we figured would be fresh food. The total time taken for this wait was 1 hour, the food came out cold, patties on the burgers slight warmth. The experience was not so great. The drive-thru associate was not a happy camper, and I get it the day before Christmas. You should really give the employees that day off because the food and service was below terrible ?.

Fast food is fast food, and it shouldn't be held to some unreasonable standard. You go through a drive thru for one reason, to get something to eat quickly. If you're looking for healthy food and wholesome ingredients, you probably shouldn't be at Jack in the box. Their tacos are a great quick and dirty lunch, but are likely a nutritionist's nightmare!All I'm saying is, don't go there everyday and expect to be healthy. But don't feel ashamed or upset about going every once in a while. Get the tacos and enjoy them for the greasy and dirty goodness that they are, and then go for a run after work.
