Came here for date night. You can bring your own liquor. I learned how to play shuffle board. And the bar staff was amazing. Had a blast. Will go back.
Love this place! Miss Dee, but the new team is great!
My fiancee and I went Wednesday night,we were the only customers there, bartender was friendly and we had great conversation. I think her name was Michelle, super sweet gal. We decided to go again Friday night and it was completely the opposite, girl behind the bar served us our drinks, didn't introduce herself, and walked around to the otherside of the bar to hang out with two guys. They were playing some good music, as soon as we started to relax and we were singing a few songs someone turned off the music. Dead silence in that bar. We just looked at each other...she did ask if we needed anything, but from the otherside of the bar. so we decided to leave. This is not my first time here, I haven't been a about a year, but never had an experience like this before. I hope Karen and George still own this bar. They are a very nice people.
Nice local bar, only negative is all the smoke.
Just A good ol'down home place to have a drink and hang out.
If you want to meet, the local, local neighborhood since ?. Lloyd's is your bar. The roots of the neighborhood.
This place seems to be more of a clubhouse for the owners than an establishment for patrons. Can you trust a game of chance when the owner sets it up and plays-and wins??
Tonight is only my second time in this beer bar in downtown Humble (the first time was about 3 years ago).I like this place. There are only 10 souls in here, but we're having a good time. I'm already on my 3rd Silver Bullet ($3.25), and working up to my 3rd karaoke song.Melissa the bartender is great. She always has a smile on her face, and she even takes her turn at karaoke.Jim Curry, an older fella, is the karaoke jock, and he's doing an excellent job. The regulars tell me karaoke is every Tuesday and the first Saturday of the month.I'll have to remember to bring a bottle of tequila to share the next time I come in.
Awesome locals bar, they even give you a coozie with your beer!
Clientele and ownership are prejudiced.
Great place to relax with good people
It's always interesting at Lloyd's! The locals are bold and colorful and come in a variety of ages from the young & restless all the way to cranky codger. It's also the oldest bar in Humble, first opening in 1942!! They have an AMI jukebox. You can play darts, pool or even shuffleboard! It's a beer bar, but you can BYOB your liquor with no cover charge!!! It doesn't have great parking but you're gonna love it here!
Nice little bar. Had a good time
It's our favorite place for a cold one.
