The food was very bad everything, the drinks from the machine was mostly carbonated water no syrup. The service was very bad the worker acted like she did not want to be at work and waiting on customers was a big inconvenience. Also the restaurant was nasty. I WILL NOT BE BACK .

Was not happy with the food. Incredibly greasier than normal. No lemon juice packages, no lids for sauce cups. Totally gross. I hate this because I always loved LJS.

Literally 15 min in line with no one in front and 4 cars behind me. Kept saying she’s the only one because everyone is on break. It’s lunch time! I will not be coming back here or recommend to anyone. Place is in really bad repair as well.

Poor ljs. Their food is so good but their stores are so old and run down. Their bathrooms are disgusting. This one had some decorating done but still the rotting boards and old bathroom.

On Saturday February 17th, 2024 around 2:30 pm I came into the Humble, TX location.. I went in with my family and it was really busy. The Cashier's name was Leslie and she was really busy on the front line and she was working really hard to get all of our orders out. The manager was done taking orders for the drive-thru and walked to the back of the store and left the front Cashier by herself for 5-10 minutes when business was really busy. The manager then came back to the front and started screaming at the Cashier because she wasn't getting the orders out fast enough. The cashier tried to explain to the manager that the monitors went down and that she had to manually print off the receipts from the register so she could know what order to send out. So because of that it was taking longer to get orders out. After that the manager snapped and got really disrespectful with the Cashier and accused her of pushing the wrong button on the monitor. The Cashier tried to defend herself and tell the manager that she didn't push the wrong button and then the manager yelled at the Cashier and screamed YES YOU DID. The Cashier was taken back for a moment because of how disrespectful her manager was being towards her.. and I could tell that she was hurt or maybe embarrassed by the disrespect in front of the customers. The worst part about this situation is that after being disrespectful to the Cashier.. the manager then got upset and said "Stop crying. Do you really think our customers want to see you crying like a baby." I felt so bad for the Cashier after her manager disrespected her like that. The cashier was so nice and gave us a wonderful experience. She was really working hard at getting all of our orders out and keeping a positive attitude after being disrespected like that. I feel as if the Manager of that store acted in a completely unprofessional, disrespectful way. Something NEEDED to be done about the way she treats her crew. I tried to console the Cashier after everything happened with her manager and she still proceeded to tell me that everything was okay. Leslie was so sweet and so kind..and her positivity was about the only good thing I can speak of about my experience at this location.
