Generally good, but I've had mixed experiences. I can only speak on this location, but I'm a little disappointed they do not have a warmer for pizzas that are picked up to go. They just sit on a rack getting cold. On one occasion I had, The employee working that day chose not to use words but rather head nods or gestures that my pizza was " over there". I walked out feeling like a Karen that I had to say something about it, but in a day and age where we get asked to tip before service is even rendered, it feels like there's a degradation of service in the service industry.

My daughter and I decided on Mod Pizza tonight for dinner. We were greeted by Rowan and she was super friendly and made us the perfect pizza. Logan never disappoints, when he's on deck to cook because I know our pizza will taste amazing. I always have a great experience at this location and leave satisfied. I visited the Kingwood Drive location a few months ago and they were super busy with online orders, we dined in and our pizza was doughy. Even if I'm over in the Kingwood area I will drive over to the Atascocita location because they have proven to be consistent with making the best Mod pizza. Shout out to Rowan and Logan keep up the good work you are the reason why people like me will continue to come back.

We love this Mod location! The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection! My son and husband always have lunch dates here and my two year old is obsessed! Today in particular, I ordered for pickup but my son was in the car. I called and Emily answered the phone. She was so nice and told me that she wouldn’t mind bringing it out to my car for curbside instead, since I didn’t want to get my son out the car. The best customer service.

Food was amazing, don’t get me wrong. But the cleanliness, gross. Trash and were over full, trash all my drink station. Restroom had no paper towels and it was disgusting. The smell and cleanliness of that restroom was horrible. If you want to know how clean a restaurant is, go to their RESTROOM!! Not sure if I’ll be coming back which is sad because I like the food. At least not this location.

The food was great, most of the employees are just ok 2 of them are good and quick moving, but the newer young employees are rude and also try to tell the people who have been there for awhile what to do. They are also slower moving than most Mod pizza locations. Overall they are good but definitely need to put the younger employees in there place.

I was here Sunday Oct. 1st around 9pm for dinner. We walked in me and 3 girls, we got in line no one addressed us. Some people walked out and out of respect I won't say what color those people were, but they looked over us to yell thank you have a goodnight. But however 20 minutes had passed and noone still had addressed us, they guy with glasses was helping someone with like 3 mod sized pizzas so it was okay if he didn't speak or anything at first, but the bald guy behind him who appeared frustrated, went to making dough for pizzas instead of 1. acknowledging the people in-line and 2. checking if more dough needed to even be made bc it was like 4 trays l of dough already out and all we were getting was two minis and a mid size pizza. But sadly again he went ahead and went to making more dough while looking back at us or rather through us. The guy that was making pizzas was finished he puts the people before us pizza on trays in the oven and looked back at us still not say hey I'll be right with you or anything walked in the kitchen for about 5 mins walked back out the lady then says something to him and he goes making a salad for her while also not saying anything to us. Oh the bald guy was still back there making unnecessary dough. so we just walked out and will never get our service again. They are terrible workers and very slow and it's supposed to be a fast passed place.
