Consistently make sandwiches wrong and dint follow the online ordered directions. Double meat means DOUBLE, not less than the original amount. Last time my family of 5 will waste money here.

My daughter’s tuna sandwich was flooded with mayo! The Vegetables didn’t appear fresh at all. The lettuce looked old like it had been sitting there for a whole day and to make it worse the chips were stale!! The restroom was very nasty!! This whole place was horrible! How could this spot still be in business.

Ordered for pick up since it was on the way home from work, got there and had to wait 30+ minutes for my order and it wasn’t busy, the staff was incredibly rude. My sandwich was DRIPPING in mayo, untoasted, lettuce and cucumbers were old, there were maybe 3 slices of turkey on my foot long and the location was dirty and unwelcoming. Husband went to use the restroom and there was feces in the urinals/on the walls. Most disgusting establishment I’ve ever been too

3 purchases were made fraudulently from this store. We tried to call the store multiple times and days and no one answers. Hope someone follows up with this. So disappointing.

Its subway, but I hv had better the workers barely speak English, they seem to hv an interpreter ? . I placed my order on the app and called because Iplaced my order st wrong location. wanted to hv them hold off making it. Nope, they never answered. I get there I was told phone doesn't work!!! I don't particularly like pre-made sandwiches. But I ate it. Wasnt bad. The place was small and I've had better. Beware of subway app before u press continue!!!!

Delicious food but horrible service.We arrived at 8 pm and when we’re paying the cashier starts packing our food to go because she said the lobby is closed when the sign clearly says they close at 9 pm. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Hours say they close at 9pm. I was at their door @ 845. It was locked, and the 2 employees hand gestured that they were closed. I hand gestured that it was not 9 yet, and they turned away and continued talking to each other and ignored me. Very disappointed. Really wanted a meatball sub. I guess thats why they have other places to get subs from now. Wow.....

I've never had such an amazing experience in a sandwich shop before. Victoria was so pleasant and helpful, she went above and beyond customer service excellence. Being a general manager of a corporate company myself, she was such a breath of fresh air. Her character and willingness to present great customer service and assistance was impeccable. I'll return just for her services. Subway owes her much appreciation and a raise in wages. She's a future manager, don't let her go to waste.
