Kroger is my usual grocery store. Since the store implemented a new floor plan, they quit carrying several products I purchased every trip. Also, I have to watch the baggers close because they fill my reusable bags so heavy, my handles tear. Twice the past few trips a couple of items I paid for didn't make it into the bags. The employees get carried away chatting with each other, they don't pay attention.
