First off.. Employees seemed welcoming, which is a plus. However, some more training may be needed to ensure all employees know the availability of certain packages. Pizza is mediocre at best as it always has been. Knew not to expect anymore than that. Several of the games either didn't work or didn't give the correct amount of tickets that my children actually won. Overall the kids had fun so that a plus. Things need to be improved overall. Not horrible, not wonderful. Pretty much as expected.

Worst bar ever. The bartenders were all under 18 so it took over ten minutes to get a manager that could sell me a beer. I came back later and was told they can only sell one drink an hour so I'd have to wait 4 minutes. Kids running around everywhere and music was mostly kid bop and off-brand Mickey Mouse rapping at me.Very difficult to get a table for one when you look like a middle aged white man with a beard -- my privilege does not work well here apparently.Absolutely no chicks to pick up. They are all married or have kids already.

I just took my 4 yr old son here. I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and courteous staff. The pizza was good too. I paid 30$ for 1 hr of unlimited games. You can scan a game about every 30 secs, so multiple people can play the same or different games at same time, which was really cool. You also get tickets from some of the games. They have a lot of throwing and hitting things games and free pictures. They have one side that has games for smaller kids and one side for bigger. Great experience I will definitely return!!

Attended a birthday party and I was not impressed. The seating in between parties was cramped. (See pictures) The atmosphere was way too relaxed for it to be children’s amusement park. (See video during the “Happy birthday celebration.”) Staff wasn’t very interactive. Chuck E Cheese was just a prop. Service was fair - the trash was thrown away by yourself or parents. The pizza was not as good as another Chuck E. Cheese. I buy the boxes of Chuck E. Cheese pizza from the store and it was better than this.Parking: Parking spaces are limited. There were about 15 spaces in the front. There are spaces on the side it’s just the street is very busy due to the shopping center so it was heart thumping getting the littles across.

Customer service is not good, an hour wait just for one pizza, wings came out cold. No ice in the ice machine, salad bar didn’t have most stuff for a salad, Manager was arguing back. When the manager was cleaning he was throwing stuff all over the place, and would clean if you was sitting on the table. Most of the games were out of service. Most of the staff looked like they was ready to go home. First time coming and it was the worst experience ever, do not recommend.

First off Alicia was the young woman working the front desk and she is an amazing young woman who has great customer service skills and great work ethic to be in high school, she was a pleasure to speak with and deserves that recognition as a teen working in the summer she will do big things. Now the game were fun my daughter and her friends had a blast and also the music for a kids places was good the food was good also now the only negative is not priced for family that need to be fix.
