The food has always been great here, but today the GM Kailey really went above and beyond with customer service. I called before the store even opened this morning, needing help with a really small (I mean tiny!) order for the Easter meal. First of all, she answered the phone before official hours; and second, she went out of her way to help me even though she was working to get a ton of orders ready. She didn’t have to do that but she chose to, and it was the one thing that went right during a frustrating morning. Any restaurant can have good or great food, but when the GM goes out of her way to help when it’s not convenient…you know it’s a place that deserves your money and loyalty. Thank you so much Kailey!
I have been to this location many many times, all of which have been take out for lunch at work or to bring dinner home.They never miss. The food has always been fresh and delicious, chicken had always been thoroughly cooked, and their selection of sides is great.You can't go wrong with any of the 1/2 or 1/4 chicken meals, the chicken family meal for 4 is a great value, but most recently I've been addicted to their Nashville hot chicken sandwich.It's got a spicy breaded chicken breast, tasty seasoning, pickles, boom boom or bang bang sauce... whatever it is it's good. And comes with a little cup of coleslaw which I also put on the sandwich. Heat level from mild - medium - hot - extreme I would put it at a medium or maybe medium - hot. It's got good heat but won't burn your face off.Service and staff has always been polite and the food has always been ready at the stated time.
Only problem, my to go order, only rec. half the order. They made it right and del. the whole order.

Sometimes this place is busy & i get that, but I was missing a part of my order & when I let one of the employee's know about this they dismissed and ignored me & didn't do anything about it.

I truly love cowboy chicken, they have the best rotisserie chicken I've ever tasted... It's packed with flavor and never dry...Customer service was great at this location, very friendly staff welcomed me with a greeting... I purchased the whole chicken cut and I went with the white meat... It's definitely a must try and a 10/10 for the win ?

The service was great and manger on duty was very nice . The cleanliness of the store was awful. We changed tables 2 times due to food being stuck to them and several tables still had trays on them. When we set in a booth the seats were sticky . The drink station was a mess. Once we received our food I was disappointed it was cold and my enchiladas were over cooked and tortilla was hard . The banana pudding was awesome . We hadn’t visited cowboy chicken in a long time and we were really disappointed.

Menu online was different than what was in the restaurant. The service was friendly. Not crowded. The sweet tea was good.
The food came out in a reasonable time frame. I loved the chicken tenders, the sides, pinto beans & Mac & cheese were great. My husband ordered chicken, fries & fried okra, he was pleased. I wanted to try their desserts, so I ordered both the Banana Pudding & Peach Cobbler to go. My preference was the Peach Cobbler & I'll get it again. Hannia was running the front & she was great. On top of everything.

I ordered a simple 6 piece wings and frys. It took the longest to get to the table. The flavor wasn't what I ordered but they were so busy and I was so hungry, I didn't complain. I just put some of their bb sauce on it and went about my business.

Employees rude, unhelpful, no sense of urgency or care for my business not gonna call them out who it was but not happy at all with the attitude I got followed by them forgetting about me followed by another employee not giving me my full order also and having to ask a 3rd time.

I ate at the Irving location and was really impressed. For fast food you can't go wrong. I particularly enjoyed the pulled brisket, creamed spinach and the roll was so light and fluffy. The chicken was dry and forgettable, but the brisket made up for it. Husband enjoyed the pickles and his enchiladas.
