I noticed that the prices are a little cheaper here than others in the area, Lewisville.

Well run Firehouse Subs. Standard fare, nothing different than other locations that I have eaten at.

On 12-12-2023 5:13 P.M.I ordered three subs, one turkey and two New York Streamers. We got home with the subs and my daughter was the first to eat her sub. I eat it about 20 minutes later. Before I knew it my daughter was rushing to the math room feeling ill. And about 35 minutes later it was my turn rushing to the bathroom feeling ill. We both got stomach poisoning. The food made my family sick. It was very disappointing.

Service, and expediency are both good however they fail to provide the quality of ingredients that Jersey Mike's does. I would rate them similarly to Penn Station in that regard. Much like the hamburger genre sandwiches are hotly contested, with many options to choose from. While Firehouse Subs is a great alternative to Subway, I wouldn't put them at the top of the "magic quadrant". Prices are fairly similar to their competition as well, so there isn't an argument to go there just on affordability alone. Furthermore Quiznos discovered that the toasted sub was more a novelty than a business proposition. Unless you're eating in, there is something lost with a toasted sub as it wilts your lettuce and makes cold toppings somewhat unruly. I like to have it as optional, but not necessarily the default setting. There is an option buried deep in their systems to have cold meat and cheese, which I would recommend if you're taking your meal away or having it delivered as it travels better. Overall it's a very mid experience, but decidedly dependable, and that does count for something.

I went to this location to pick up my online order . The guy that works there name Jose has terrible customer service skills. He yelled at me twice I stay calm. He needs a training session on customer service. My job orders lunch from here sometimes. But I’m going to let HR know about the poor customer service at this location.

I was just an employee there and chain of command is beyond ridiculous! No one there is properly trained. If you speak English they refuse to train you for any other position then the register. If you can't speak English then you are trained to do everything other then the register or interact with customers. After I attempted to speak to anyone about the problem I had, I was descriminated and retaliated against by not only the managers there but also by my hiring manager and labeled as a racist to my coworkers! Employment there DOES NOT believe in equal rights and I will never apologize for striving to keep my customers satisfaction at the top of my priority list! Oh and if your allergic to gluten then I definitely wouldn't recommend going to this establishment since NONE of their employees are properly trained to prepare those kinds of items for you.

I’m 100% sure this place gave me food poisoning. I knew it was a red flag when I saw the worker run from the back and start preparing my food. Most likely didn’t wash his hands.

No good customer service. All they do is talk and laugh with each other. They take their time and don’t care how many people are waiting. I guess we will get our subs somewhere else….

Every Firehouse ive been to they say WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE. 4 workers and no one said that phrase and diddnt greet me .The hispanic girl at cash register diddnt greet me as a customer. she took my order and that was itAn african American came in and she said hello welcome to firehouseService extremely slow and you have a coworker in back eating food while the place started getting busier. No hot sauces , as all firehouses ive been to , has hadi haven't gotten to the food yet!!!received the food. ordered a sandwich with white bread and a pickle. received on wheat and no pickle. i asked the person if it says white bread and they said yesThere was no apology either. Sad that the owner cant train or hire competent customer service employeesFood quality is decent. Pickle was old and soggy. Not freshi will never come back here as my time is valuable , not to have to wait that long.Definitely overall, the worst Firehouse ive been toYou guys have the nerve to ask for a tip on screen when i pay. lol

Never refunded our company's order over $200. Called corporate who said it was ultimately up to the single business owner. This happened in April 2023, it is now July 2023. Sharell the GM gave me the run around each time. Would highly recommend taking business to a more ethically ran business.

Incredible service and the food was amazing. I usually get the meatball sub but this time we tried the engineer and the New York steamer. Both were incredible.
