I went here for lunch. I wouldn't know the place was open if I didn't see someone. Construction was blocking the door. Upon entering the place, it had an odor. Smell wasn't overpowering. I ordered a chicken Fajita bowl. Everything was good, but they needed to clean up the areas where the food is. I can't complain too much because the lady who helped I loved her attitude. She knew what I needed before I knew, and that made up for everything else. She did a fantastic job, and she would be the reason I would go back.

It may be an unpopular opinion but Freebirds is way better than Chipotle. They are close by, almost in the same parking lot. I always prefer Freebirds. Their meat and veggies are always fresher. Got a bowl and burrito (not all for me) and they were made so perfectly. The lady working took her time to make it just right, didn’t rush me like places usually do. My only regret is not getting the monster size.

First of all Order was made wrong.The food is absolutely disgusting. There’s NO SEASONING! Not even SALT ! Veggies taste like they came from an old dirty fridge. The steak tastes like dog food. Hands down worst food ever. ??

We were in this part of the metroplex yesterday (11/11) and happened to stop here for lunch. Only 2 people were working at that time and they were quick and efficient ( they served almost 20 people in 30 minutes ). Overall it was a nice experience.

It’s places like this that will always rip you off. We ordered through Uber eats. We paid a lot of money for very little food. The potatoes they gave us was in a teeny tiny container for like a $4 charge. The tortilla came stuck together. You think you can just give us tiny portion sizes just because we ordered through Uber eats? I can at least leave a bad review; but I’d rather have my money back for those wack potatoes.

People behind the counter were wearing headphones. One person was not wearing a hat, or hair net. Were not paying attention to customers, putting wrong items in the bowls. Sometimes it's like this, other times they do really well. Off duty employees in the way talking and blocking or disturbing they workers on
