It was my first time in this location, the food was really good, they messed up my order, but they fix it. The food was on point, the service was excellent. I want to come back soon.

The cashier will mess up your food, charge you for sauces and not include them, sigh loudly when you try to order no matter how nice you try to be. Other expectations you can have are to be ignored when you try to get the order corrected, for the manager to be nowhere nearby,Absolutely disgusting floors and windows, and flat soda.

The food is just average for a fast food place. What i always have a problem with is that person on the drive through. They are so rude!!! Every single time ive been there they have an attitude as if they are doing me a favor by serving custumers. They forget it's because of customers that they get a check. I will not be going back again . At least until they isn't there anymore.

Food is good, but they never can get an order correct. I always ask for a biscuit, but I get a roll. On a recent order I paid for a side order of fried okra and didn't get it. Servers are rude, but it's not their fault. They suffer from a lack of proper training. I guess Chick filet will get all my business.

Back to back visit chicken taste like it was fried in old grease, okra was hard and old and the cashier in drive thru appeared to be irritated and the manager was very nonchalant I won't visit this location again been going here over 5 years and it has never been this

Had roasted chicken in San Antonio, I believe the quality of the chicken was better. I purchased chicken tenders and wanted sauces and it was going to be extra money, I thought that was odd.

Clean restaurant! I was greeted once upon arrival by the female cashier n let alone my mobile order was ready upon arrival. I love Golden Chick ever since I got put on to them as am not a Texas Native. But, this location was the best one I’ve been too ever since I was here so far bc one location in Plano was horrible service w non greetable employees. My food was fresh n tasty! I work around this area n had a taste for golden chick. Will definitely b back if needed.
They cook in a nasty tasting oil, and the prices are high and the deals short you on the food. The fried okra is really good.
