Horrible service for what I paid. My original waitress acted as if she didn't even want to be at work. Luckily the bartender who came in during my dining experience was really nice but by then the damage was done. I will not be returning. This is my 2nd time spending almost $100 for poor service and a decent pizza.

The worst pizza I have ever tasted. For 25.00 too. Rubbery cheese no tomatoes sauce. Some kind of meat that suppose to be pepperoni. Just awful. Just get a beer and maybe a salad.

Showed up at 9:18 and walked in the employees acted as if they had been closed for hours. (Closes at 9:30) the bartender said he “couldn’t refuse us” We drank wine. We LOVE this pizza. But the whole time we felt like we were on a time clock. I’ve worked in hospitality, it sucks when people come in late. But to make them feel uncomfortable because you have other places you’d rather be is not cool. We are bringing business to you!!!

The foods were good. The hosts were mean and rude (young man, I think he was filling someone). There was waiting for 45 minutes.The piazza is so good and delicious. However, never ever forget to order tiramisuParking: Free Parking in the garage if you stayed for 3 hours or less.
Pizza was good but not amazing. I like the crust and the sauce was very light and had good flavor....but they skimp on the cheese. It was mostly sauce and toppings with a few slices of cheese here and there. Excellent service. Patricia was very helpful throughout our lunch. Antipasta salad was great. Mediterranean salad was good. I would come back and try some of the other menu items but probably not the "Traditional" pizza. The quick bake time on these ovens doesn't let the veggies cook down enough so if you add extra toppings they are sort of half-baked which was ok but a bit disappointing. I would maybe try a simple margherita pizza instead next time. All in, we got 2 loaded 18" pizza's, anitpasta salad and Mediterranean salad = $84.UPDATE: Was in the area and planned to go to revisit Grimaldi's for a quick lunch but I still can't figure out the parking situation here. We ended up going over to MacArthur Blvd to eat somewhere else we could easily park and walk-in.

Can get very busy very quickly but they get the pizza out quick and it's done just right. Place was colder than I cared for so will be sure to bring a light jacket next time. Parking, credit card holding/redeeming/validation thing is a pain especially of you forget to redeem token at the restaurant. You have to walk all the way back or get charged $45
