Very good experience overall. Doctor and staff spent time explaining things. Did not have to go to separate lab for blood work!

I was told, "per the law I can only bring one issue per visit and have to schedule another visit to talk about more than one thing", and then she walked out of the room. This explains why she didn't even get up or come closer to look at a rash I was showing her. She just said "I don't see anything". This is the last time I'm visiting this place.

Dr Parikh and Nurse Neha Sharma are personable, great listeners, and empathetic to the concerns of their patients. They are knowledgeable and give good treatments. The staff is very courteous and they have very less wait time, which i find very good.I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Parikh has given me same day appointment when I was sick and took care of my symptoms. His office staff does always detail work. Dr spends has spent quality time to understand the symptoms. I highly recommend Dr’s office.

I had a good experience w Dr. neha. I didn’t have a long wait like other Dr offices. The only problem I had was that one of the receptionist didn’t seem approachable. They didn’t greet us when we walked in and seemed rushed or annoyed when I asked a question. She wasn’t rude but just needs to work on customer service. Dr. Neha was awesome and very accommodating. She actually welcomed us as new patients and thanked us for choosing their office. She showed great customer service and some of her staff need to take notes. The nurse/assistant that brought us to the room and the other nurse that took our blood sample were awesome too. Totally recommend this place.

I had good experience so far with both Dr. Parikh and Dr. Sharma. Office staff is friendly and accommodative, Less wait times as compared to other offices and appointments are easy to get and when you need them!

I was happy I found. Doctor open on weekends. I’ve been seeing the doctor for four months now since I moved to the area. I have a chronic condition that I have to see the doctor often for as well as other appointments and sicknesses. The doctor refused to sign my FMLA paperwork for my employer to be able to be seen for these intermittent visits. The only reason I was provided was “we just don’t do that at this office.” If you’re my primary care physician how can you not fill out the documentation about my health needs.

Dr. Parikh is a wonderful provider, he has great bedside manner and always takes input from his patients to come up with the best plan of action. His staff always follows up in a timely manner and are equally kind. Based on my experience I would not hesitate referring Dr. Parikh and his staff.

I went in for anxiety. I told the nurse practitioner that I was on trazadone for sleep. Knowing that, she still put me on Lexapro. I asked her if the 2 meds were ok together, she said they were not. She told me not to take them together because it could lead to serotonin syndrome which can be deadly. She did not tell me how long to wait off to take the Lexapro. I waited 3 days since last taking trazadone thinking that time frame was ok, I took my first AND ONLY dose of Lexapro and ended up in the ER ($1300 later) with serotonin overload. Now I have to see a cardiologist as well due to an abnormal EKG at the ER, when I have NEVER had heart problems before. All of this simply because I chose the wrong place for care.I went in for a follow up with the dr after my trip to the ER, hoping he would right the wrong. Instead he gaslit me, insinuating my new found anxiety of 4 months is much worse than it is, he then covered for his inept nurse practitioner. He then told me he would refer me to a psychiatrist since apparently he and his nurse practitioner can’t manage to treat simple anxiety without causing a Med interaction. I was stunned. He did NOT ADDRESS the anxiety and then charge me $115.00 for the follow up office visit that went no where. I left in shock at what had happened it was insult upon injury. (Literally).$175 for NP to cause a Med interaction$1300 for the ER visit$55 for Lexapro that was thrown away after 1 pill.$115 for the dr to refer me out$1550.00 out of pocket and still didn’t get help with my the anxiety I originally went in for.Unacceptable and unbelievable.

Dr.Parikh is the best family doctor I have ever been to. He gives us good family advice and from time to time asks us if we done our regular check ups and screenings.

I have been going to health one FM since they opened. Never have any issues. Neat and clean place from waiting area to all patients room. This time I was in and out in 30 mins. Had an appt at 8 am. Within 5 mins, I was called in for height and weight and right after for blood work. Routine EKG was done within next 10 mins and afterward I was with a doc and was out in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend and no complaints ever!!
