Okay, JM’s is ALWAYS on point, every where I’ve been. Nevertheless, a beautiful Latina came out of the restroom, put on her apron, took my order ONCE and never stopped moving until we were facing one another at the cash register. I’ve NEVER EVER SEEN ANYONE at JM’s or anywhere else make 2 completely different sandwiches so well and so FAST. I mean, even back in 1970’s, Mickey D’s and BK NEVER made your order this fast and this well. And she never broke her Heavenly smile as she did it. She actually surpassed a coworker who had started someone’s or ahead of me!!! If I was single, I would’ve proposed right on the spot. She deserves double, maybe triple what she’s making now. OR pay her mortgage or rent for a year! I told that she’s a ROCK STAR, for real! To be sure to credit the correct person, I was there between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, today, Saturday, April 15th, 2023. I ordered 2 regular subs on white bread: #6 and #10. I’m guessing she’s a manager or assistant manager. She’s absolutely FABULOUS! Tenga buen Dia y Dios le bendiga, Siempre??????❣️

I saw an ad that Jersey Mike's now serves a portobello mushroom sub, so I was excited to try it.It was a Saturday at lunch time and the restaurant was empty- totally surprised me. The customer service was subpar. The two employees spoke very little English and chatted incessantly with each other. Zero smiles and I definitely didn't feel welcomed.The sandwich was good but I wished it had some fresh veggies like crisp lettuce and tomatoes. If I want another, I will go to a different Jersey Mike's.
Ordered a Tuna sandwich and was surprised they added small chunks of onion in the tuna or the lettuce. The aftertaste of the onions is terrible. No sure I will going back.

Ruined my lunch got all the way to work and my sandwich is not made as requested. Had the chick at the counter spoke clear English maybe she'd been able to write down my order correctly I said 3xs Mayo lettuce tomato onion and banana peppers get to work I have a steak with mayo and lettuce ???? smh and I called the store 5 Xs no answer won't be back to this location
