The food here is good. It is hot and taste fresh. The issue I have is that they will not allow anyone to use the restroom. They have both restrooms locked with a sign that says employees only. I have seen them turn away a mom and her kid who asked to use the restroom.
I used to love KFC but this location has got my order wrong the past 4 times. This time I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and lady even asked me again to make sure I said spicy and I still didn’t get spicy. I asked for a spicy famous bowl & didn’t get a spicy famous bowl. They never ask what size they just charge me the large. And they never give the receipt just give me my card back and close the window right away. I don’t ever get a chance to ask for condiments. EVERY time I come my chicken is NOT fresh even though I ask for fresh chicken. I ordered in drive thru and they didn’t give my drink then when I called they kept hanging up in my face and then they took the phone off the hook! I’m pissed so I’ll be calling corporate TODAY!!!
