This particular review is based solely on the evening shift manager, Alex. I've come to this location at lunch and the food, service, and management are great. However, their evening shift manager needs a serious attitude adjustment and training. I ordered a McAlister's Club and my bread on top and bottom was practically missing. I addressed it with Alex and he stated, "That little part. Sometimes they don't cut it right." He proceeded to to have it remade and told the crew member make sure it's cut perfectly, because she wants it cut perfectly. I know sarcasm when I hear it. If this location desires business beyond the lunch hour, which I am sure the GM, Michael Casillas does, they may want to invest in properly training Alex on customer service.

Nice deli and location. Sandwiches are okay. Just good basics. Bit pricey though. For 2 sandwiches and drinks, $48! Turkey jalapeno crunch was boring, flavorless. Ruben made with wrong cheese in it. Nothing memorable here.

My GF and I decided to try something new for once so we decided to try this place out. Let me tell you, the food was so delicious. I had the Spicy Southwest Chicken, 11/10, so tasty, warm, and great overall. I also got mac and cheese for my side and that did not disappoint. It was warm, creamy, and cheesy. Will definitely be back again. I would’ve posted pictures but the food got devoured too fast.

I had my second pleasant visit at the second McAlister’s location here. I was debating if I should get the whole spud or a sandwich, and the cashier suggested me to do choose 2 of spud and sandwich. I picked the spud max and Memphian suggested by the cashier and did not disappoint. I was even suggested their new Mardi Gras cookie I happened to have rewards of free cookies to redeem for. Very filling and it was a great lunch. I rarely give 5-star reviews and this McAlister’s definitely earned it!
I have found my go-to sandwich here which is the Turkey Club on croissant bread with the chicken tortilla soup. I love the honey mustard too. Updated photos same location and same goodness.

Not me being black has anything to do with it but the experience was OFFIt seemed as if the workers didn’t want to help us, while doing the transaction they were very dry but when another lady walked in they were very upbeat.I will not return and I’ve been there before never have I went in to order always on line and I guess that’s why

First time trying I got the witchy lemonade and southwest sandwich. Loved it super fresh and yummy! Just didn’t like the customer service felt like I was being judged for asking if there’s bacon in the sandwich lol anyways would def try this place again!
