Tried Mesa Mezcal for Easter brunch, and it was wonderful! They had a variety of selections - something to please everyone. And the food was impeccably and beautifully prepared. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high-end selection of chef-prepared food in a very relaxed yet vibrant and hip atmosphere.

When we are in the Irving area we love coming to Mesa Mezcal. The tacos are AMAZING!!! We also love the Turkey BLT and is great for lunch. They have warm churros for dessert which are so good. Highly recommend stopping at Mesa Mezcal next time you are in Irving.

Fairly disappointing. I ordered the Summer Salad and Pozole. The salad had possibly one slice of a canned beet, a few kernals of corn, not roasted. It was bland and I wouldn't order again even if 1/4 of cost. The Pozole was a bit better, but still spiceless. The chips and salsa were great ! Convenient location, but wouldn't go again.

Staying for a week at the Westin and upon check in noticed a sign for Taco Tuesday. Went there tonight and when asking for a table, was asked if we had a reservation. There were maybe 3 tables occupied at the time. I said we did not, was told not a problem and was seated. Waited a few minutes for a server who arrived and we asked about the sign out front for taco tuesday (EVERY Tuesday) Was told that they weren’t serving that as they had a different special tonight. So we asked what the special was, and she came back with a small menu with a few drinks on it. Very unwelcome atmosphere… Might want to remove your sign out front and work on your customer service. Ended up having a really nice dinner elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised both at food quality and price. Stopped in for a Valentines special dinner and found the food, dessert and $20 bottle of wine to be superior to many far more expensive places I've been.

This was by far the worst dining experience in over 30 years for me and my party. The service was so bad I thought we were being pranked. Our waitress was rude right from the beginning. She never smiled or had one nice thing to say about anything. We tried to kill her with kindness but she was not having it. It took over 15 minutes to get our first round of drinks and the appetizer was on the table in 5 minutes. We had no water or drinks to go with the appetizer. She then went absent for another 15 minutes and I had to go to the bar to order another round of drinks. Just when I thought our waitress was the worst server in the entire restaurant business they found another one in the bartender. She was just as rude and condescending as the waitress. Whomever trained these servers should be fired on the spot and should find another profession along with the waitress and bartender. We will never step foot in that restaurant or hotel ever again and I give them 60 days before they go out of business.

Stayed at the hotel that’s located just above the restaurant (Westin), this restaurant is beyond amazing, food is fresh and delicious, service if kind and friendly, it’s a 5 start restaurant, it’s authentic Mexican food, breakfast is top of the line, they have everything you want with a Mexican twist, and dinners are just as tasty. Thank you!

My waitress was awesome, the wine was excellent, and the ceviche was out of this world. Calm and relaxing atmosphere. The menu is somewhat limited and they are pricey.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however being disrespected and treated the way I was is entirely unacceptable. Maxwell was the reason I didn’t even bother to spend a dollar here. If management had any sense of keeping a reputable restaurant, it amazes me they would even have someone like him working behind their bar. If management wants to provide a way for me to explain this review I will gladly do so. Nothing else needs to be said here.

Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was upscale and welcoming. We enjoyed our meals so much and even boxed all the leftovers and took them home. I highly recommend this dining experience.

So the food was fantastic. Drinks were great as well. I got the wings and they were top 3 wings for sure. The service was lacking. The bartender didn’t seem familiar with the menu at all. She couldn’t recommend me anything. So I went based off of the person sitting next to me. May have been an off day for her but even when I came in I wasn’t greeted so I walked to the bar to order. If they get the service piece situated they will be a go to spot for me. Delicious food!
