Customer service horrible from the top down. Workers don’t know their product and they argue with you when they are wrong. Tell the owner if you want, good luck with that. I won’t be returning to this location, nor would I recommend.

I purchased a smoothie bowl. The bowl was not filled up all the way. I asked for my money back. I did include a tip for the cashier. The. Shower called her manager to figure out the return process. While on the phone with her manager I asked for all of my money back including my tip. Manager said, “well she is not going to get the tip back!”I saw one of the other employees make a smoothie bowl where the cup was filled up completely. When I inquired about this I was told. “She just makes hers like that.”

Juice full of foam for $9.30 with unpleasant service.The girls taking the orders are always rude.They forgot my order today because they were too busy giggling in the back. The cashier had to remind her colleagues to make my order while I was waiting. Did she even apologize for wasting my lunch time… Of course not.

Best juice bar around and the owner and staff are sooo nice! I had such a great experience this is my new go to spot . Plenty of choices for everyone and super affordable. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quick healthy pick me up

Save your time and money(you will not get a refund or even an "I'm sorry" out of this place). I've been here twice in the same month(why did I bother to go back?), I don't understand why it's so hard for them to 1. Take an order without rolling their eyes or having an attitude 2. Make the orders promptly and 3. Get the orders done correctly. If you don't like your job, why are you there? It's impossible to deal with them and they are all teenagers or an inept adult(manager). I hope this location closes because it continues to have consistently poor service and even worse food.

I ordered a bowl and was told it was going to have peanut butter scoop and peanut butter drizzle on it by the cashier. Apparently that person was in training and when I drove off I didn’t get what I ordered. I called the store and was told that the person taking my order was in training. The company should make sure people in training have a supervisor next to them to prevent customers from having a bad experience. The manager did not offer me anything for the bad experience

Walked in to order and there were 3 girls working. Nobody took my order for 10 minutes as they were making orders for online orders and one girl was doing dishes. Then when İ got my order they were not filled to the top as it usually is.

Business hours are M-S until 7PM, I arrived at 6:45, more than enough time to grab a smoothie before close but apparently they decided to create their close shop early. Young high schoolers who clearly don't take their job seriously. Based on previous reviews, this location is terrible so it doesn't appear I missed out.
