It was completely dead in there. I told him I had a pick up order so he sent me to the second window. From there I stood where several ppl behind the counter made eye contact but didn’t say a thing. When I finally spoke up after what so long the lady said oh your order is up front… like wow! No apologies no thank you… just straight confusion and cold food.

I went in to get a bagel at 7:00 am. Nearly all of them were gone. NO plain, no everything bagels. All of the bagels were boxed up for large orders. I asked why a bakery and bagel shop wouldn't plan ahead and the workers just laughed and shrugged at me. Needless to say, I left. You lost my business.

Excellent place to get out of the office to grab lunch and to disconnect from the grind…

For the love of God, when you have multiple orders with sandwiches and such - $350+ the least they could do is put the name of the person who ordered the sandwich OR mark the name of the sandwich on the sticker label (what's the point of the label).Literally had people crying at my office, because they got stiffed their sandwich and had to go through and open ALL the sandwiches to determine whose was whose. (That is also EXTREMELY unsanitary).I, personally, will not order from here again. Very unorganized and was missing items that were paid for: chips, fruit and two sandwiches.

Spent an entire afternoon visiting with an old friend. We enjoyed a bite to eat, but mostly we just loved getting together in a pleasant atmosphere where we didn’t feel like we had to hurry. We met after the 1:00 lunch rush and stayed till a little after 5:00! Good food, service, and conversations…Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian choices.Parking: Big lot in front of building. Handicap spaces available.Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking at front door.

A friend and I got a to go order..,She ordered muffins. I ordered a grill cheese sandwich with spinach. The sandwich had little presentation.. It was also stuck to the paper that it was wrapped in!!How does a simple sandwich become a difficult task?..A total waste of time and money..I did feed to the birds that I saw on the parking lot…

The “You Pick Two” combos are always popular with my partner and I, especially when we’re not feeling well and looking for the comfort of chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. This location has plenty of parking and lots of seating if you prefer to eat there. The staff was friendly and helpful.
