Worst establishment to work. They don’t want to see you succeed and do not care for their workers. I put a year of my life into an establishment who constantly ignored my concerns and wanted me to quit. I surely did because I value myself way more than this. I advise y’all to find somewhere else to eat. You’re giving your money to corporate animals who do not care about their employees. Thank you.

Went to this location to pick up 5 orders for myself and my coworkers. They made all of the orders fast and all the custom requests were fulfilled! The staff that work there were friendly and professional! They gave us free desserts for waiting, when really we didn't wait very long for those orders at all! You guys are apricated and really doing things right over there! Thanks!

This location is has TERRIBLE service. I placed a Delivery order a day in advance, and they NEVER delivered the food order. I called multiple times, the first two calls a man said "they were on the way" and never made it. So I called back over 20 times and the this location NEVER picked up. Delivery services for this Potbelly are UNREALIABLE.

Placed an app order for my lunch break came in and it was ready for me. Pick a pair was fresh and correct portioning. Chocolate brownie cookie was also fresh. Hit the spot. Good friendly team.

My experience was awesome! Rob is super great at helping you to decide which new sub or soup to try if you’re looking for something new. The chicken pot pie soup is heaven! Moses was very helpful with the checking out process and learning more about menu items. Great place, great people, glad I stopped by and gave it a shot. Will return!

Ordered through the potbelly app and my order was canceled due to some kind of payment issue. So i reordered, order went through and after 75 minutes of waiting and delays i call. They didn't even make my order, delivery drivers kept canceling cause there was no food. I call speak to a manager and am assured food is on the way and I'll be refunded. 60 seconds after i hang up, order canceled again. 90 minutes and multiple credit holds and all i got was lied to. This location is the worst.

I ordered the food to be delivered at 12. I have a 30 minute lunch break starting at 12.At 11:35 I checked the app to see the order status, and it said canceled????? I called the store and spoke to Ashley, who was very rude and uncaring. She told me the order was ready and just sitting there waiting to be picked up.Eventually around 12:25 my food got dropped off, 5 minutes before my lunch break was over and not enough time to eat.The Tuna sandwich was disgusting. It was sitting for over an hour before I ate it. It was cold, mushy, and horrible.I will not be ordering from you again.

Sandwich is delicious! Wish I would’ve gotten the gentleman’s name that took my order but he was great helping me to decide the best sandwich. However, the entire crew was friendly, cool and helpful. The environment was clean, chill and positive. Will definitely visit again.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first encounter with Potbelly. The ordering steps are a little confusing, but once I let the employee know it was my first time in, she was friendly and helpful. I ordered the sandwich and soup Pick-your-pair. I opted for the veggie melt sandwich and the broccoli cheese soup. Online, this soup is indicated as vegetarian. Sadly, and thankfully, the employee quickly let me know that it contains chicken stock. Not sure why it is described differently online and I had my heart set on it. I went with the Garden Vegetable soup, instead. Walking down the line, another employee was making the sandwich and asked if I wanted other toppings on it. Loved this, because I basically got a salad on bread! Be sure to add their spicy peppers (think Giardiniera, delicious!) Service was quick and we were sitting down quickly with our food. Three of us had ordered soup, and they were all piping hot- I'm talking steamy throughout the meal. The soup tasted like homemade, full of nice veggies in a savory tomato broth. The sandwich was another win. Even though it had a lot of cool veggies, the bread was warm and the cheese was melty. Will I return? Most definitely! In fact, I already downloaded their app and joined the rewards program. I am somewhat perplexed with the bad reviews- we all had a great experience!

I am in the store along with seven other customers waiting for their orders placed via the app. There are zero customers in line and zero urgency by the staff. Waiting 20 minutes so far. I come here a few times a week and the last month or so the service has fallen off a cliff. Get your act together. What's the point of ordering through the app? Update: now 40 minutes and one customer has their food, fifteen others standing around looking at their phones and not happy. Several customers have walked in, looked at us and walked out. Update 2: I got my order, well half of my order. I went back to the counter to point out the missing part of the order and the young man said I was being rude and refused to fill the rest of the order. I literally just said there was only one sandwich and I ordered two. That's it. Then he walked away and started yelling at me from across the store saying I could stand there all night, I wasn't getting another sandwich. Of course, at this point, I don't want another sandwich made by that guy. Meanwhile, only one other customer has gotten their order. So I left with half of what I paid for and wished the other customers luck. You can't make this stuff up.

Between the time of 8:19-8:22pm October 16th, 2023 I literally had the experience of the meanest employee there try to start a loud argument and potential fight with me. The most disgusting treatment I’ve ever received I think in any restaurant. I suggest management look over the security tapes to see the j*** they hired hard at work being a complete brute. I came to pick up an order and they told me to “Sit down and chill out!” After he told me they haven’t even started the order yet after I was confirmed to get the order 10 minutes prior to my arrival. I’m pretty sure the guy was wanting to start a fight and I may be calling corporate to follow up with possible legal action. Absolutely disgusting person and the company should be absolutely ashamed of hiring such a complete problem of a person. Tall male employee with a headband and short dreads. Way to go Potbelly, your business is so bad you literally hire bullies. What a joke.
