First time visitor and I ordered the tender and wings meal. Not sure how the wings are fried but they were not seasoned at all, not crispy and they had a waxed looked. Tenders were okay, but not worth a 30 minute drive on a good day. The staff was wonderful, answered all my questions and super friendly.

Food was fantastic. My seat was dirty at our table and they gave me wet naps to clean it. The music was so loud we had to raise our voices at the table even though we were the only customers there. Other than that, pretty nice!

I gave it 2 starts only because the first time I went back in November the bone in buffalo wings were delicious. Hot fresh out of the grease. I’ve been going at least twice a week since then but today was my last time going. Every time I go I have to ask them for fresh wings. If the wings are hot the fries and freezing. They take already cooked wings and throw them back in the grease. The out side is hot but the inside is cold. You eat two wings then the other six are cold. Today they took some already sauced wings and refried them and then drenched them in buffalo sauce. They have a spicy sweet tangy taste, which is horrible. The cooks are going to run this place into the ground. If they took there time and served fresh food like chic-fil-a or Raisin Canes they would definitely give both of them a run for there money. I’m so mad right now. I had to eat cold food with a funny taste cause I didn’t have enough time to go back on my lunch break. You pay 12-15 dollars and they want to play with your food and money. Slim Chickens your days are numbered.

This was a pit stop before a basketball game with my niece and nephew. I ordered the fried mushrooms and they were fresh and not frozen! I also had the strawberry shake and it was ok, it was thick and the straw was too small!

First and last time going to Slim Chickens. My fiancé and I ordered the Buffalo Chicken & Mac Bowl, 6 pc Lemon Pepper wing meal, and fried pickles. I got the wrong Mac bowl and sent it back only to get the correct bowl but the food was cold. The lemon pepper wings need to be changed to garlic pepper wings. The flavor of garlic overwhelmed everything else. Then the fried pickled basket was $5.49 and only had a handful of pickles. Counted 27 which meant it was .22 cents a fried pickle. Overall, food was cold, badly seasoned, and poorly rationed.
Great food, although I did not enjoy my chicken salad, the honey mystard was the highlight of that meal! I try a different food each visit. The Mansfield had problems with heating on a 45 degree day and their a/c was blowing quite well. A smart manager would have turned it off and maybe explained the situation! Not this one...
We ordered 5 strip meals and upon arriving several strips on each tray were no larger than a nugget. When the cashier had brought our food out we asked him how those were considered strips in a chicken strip meal and he replied “I didn’t cook them” and walked away. The toast, fries, and most of the chicken was cold. Paying $13 a meal and get that as the food and customer service is just sad.

Service was amazing! Cashier was extremely professional, informative, and nice. My girlfriend and I both got the Chicken and Waffles combo. The waffle was fluffy and delicious. The chicken was hot, crispy, and well seasoned. They also give you 2 syrup cups all for like $9. Wish it was closer to home, always love Slim's!
