App marks place as closed always and can never order ahead of time. I had to drive and then still wait for my order which usually takes a couple minutes but I have a busy schedule and would prefer to order ahead of time to avoid time waste. The app is pointless if I can’t use it to order from restaurants that are clearly open but lack the ability to operate online orders.

I pulled in to order a quick drink. I was multitasking and could not remember if I had already hit the red button so I did so. The woman within yelled at me to only hit the button once . Not in the mood I simply reversed and began to drive away. Someone was having a bad day and I didn’t intend to be yelled at. No harm no fowl. With that said as I was driving off I saw the same employee get into a confrontation with the customer parked beside me. The employee came out yelling profanities and followed the customer to both sides of the restaurant and out through the parking lot. Very disappointing.

Order food and then watch them take food out to others that pulled up after me while ignoring me and my order. I canceled my order and left. All Sonic's are overpriced anyway, at least they could have good quick service. **UPDATE** Like an idiot I went to this place again this morning just to be ignored again... When will I learn?!?

They obviously haven't changed their grease in a while. I ordered a chili cheese coney and cheese tots. I ate one tot, and it turned my stomach because it had been fried in old grease. I had to throw everything away. I couldn't eat after that.

This place has gotten so much worse, pulled up to order lunch , sat for 45 mins waiting after ordering. When the food came out they brought us someone else’s food, went back to get ours, brought back an incomplete order. Asks 10 times what our order was, and after giving that order to them 11 times it was still all wrong. Finally got our food, and it’s cold. How are there cars to serve food to, and you can’t even serve hot food! I don’t understand how this place is still in business. I will never be back to this location!

SLOW service.Food that needs to be placed flat is placed in bag on side leaving a huge mess. Needs to placed in long flat box and then put in bag.No napkins in order.No mints included either!

EDIT: The manager, Jackie, called us yesterday and to be honest I was happy she did . Not to get people in trouble but the fact that she reached out and was apologetic about our experience yesterday and explained new training was underway I do feel comfortable with going back by, but perhaps before 3 pm as that is when she leaves. Jackie, I apologize if I missed spelled your name, but thank you. Thank you for being nice, understanding and taking the time to call me.I pulled at at 4 43 pm today 9/1423.... I pushed the button and then nothing ... as I finally decided I have spent enough time here just waiting... with three other people in the lot a guy finally asked what I want. At 5 02 pm. . The other sonic off of loop 12 closed due to similar issues. I guess they don't want my money, which sux because all I wanted was the delicious food. I don't know what happened but I do know that ever since 2012 it's just gotten worse. I'm not even mad at the fact that I know they're short staffed I'm mad that the upper management does not care, and I say this with confidence because if they did, this would t be a habitual occurrence at this location.

The server was rude and screaming at us. Took over 20 mins to get 2 simple drinks. Had to ask for receipt and she threw it at me. She told me I should be paying her. Sure would like to talk to district manager.

Good luck getting food here. None of the buttons work to order food. They don't put any signs on them so they have you sit there and waste 20 mins

I pressed the button right and this girl her name Emily answer to my order. first of all I know my car is loud but the speaker didn’t work so I couldn’t hear her, I kept asking nicely to repeat the order and still couldn’t hear her our food took a couple minutes more than usual even though we were told several times the food was on the way, when we got our food we didn’t even got the dip we asked for our and also tell me why our iced coffee and ocean water are 95% ice than the drink itself I only took two sips and it was out I mean I know it all depends on the employee that gives you the service this is why I give a 1 star review never coming to this sonic again. Also this might not have been the employees fault but the chili hot dog we ordered was so messed up it barely even counted as a chili hit dog anymore.
