May be the employees are paid less or are worked up. But their faces are tired and stressed. They do greet but no smile. I hope all the employees at subway are taken

The sandwich maker really didn't seem like they cared. Blah attitude and never said much. I'm not even sure she spoke English for that matter. The sandwich was fine, but I had to take her step by step since her blank stare told me that she wasn't going to ask any questions. Still, the ingredients were fresh and the sandwich turned out okay. Not sure I'll return though.

They close early on a whim. At least 20 minutes early. List the hours you want to be open and stay open until then. Hire people who understand that no matter how slow or boring it is for the last hour, that's part of the restaurant industry job.

very Rude staff, Ordered online and went for pick up. they did not have chicken so they did not made the order. I am ok with not making the order. The staff refuse to cancel the order and replied angrily and said "get out of my store". very bad store

There is a constant turnover of staff at this location. Most of the time when placing your order you are met with someone that is rude behind the counter, particularly the manager or the owner that is in the back portion of the store. They have issues of opening on time and currently I am sitting outside this location that's supposed to be Open at 11 o'clock for lunch and they have turned away 4 people asking to come in. It is now 11:15am.

Absolutely horrible sign shows amended hours to open at 11:00 AM. Then we get out to go in and the girl shows a sign we don't open until 11:45 and starts laughing. Horrible business not only do you have 2 incorrect signs of your operating hours but then you have a RUDE worker, we came around the corner to schlotzkys much better service!
