Employee is rude, foods seemed old... they are wearing masks without covering their noses. I will never come back here.
COVID update. The "sandwich artists" refuse to wear masks while they make the food, even when asked. If this is how them behave in front of customers, imagine how dirty it is behind the scenes.
This store makes no sense. A ft long sandwich is advertised at $5. I asked to have the meat removed and then it is going to cost me $7. They rather have me order it with meat and then throw it away. This is not only creating food waste but it also makes no sense business wise. I will not be back.
Christian, claimed to have been a manager, but was very combative when we explained to her that she made our order wrong. Instead of being apologetic she was very unprofessional and argued with us. Our order was clearly wrong, and she not once apologized. We were also allergic to the ingredients she included which were not ordered. Again it is how you handle your mistakes, Christian was very rude and combative. We are never spending a dime at this restaurant again. Hopefully, the owner doesn't condone their employees treating their customers this way,
Had a bad experience and the franchise owner simply didn't care. Subway has gone down in quality across North America and to finish it off the leadership is terrible. Subway won't be able to survive much longer.
The worst place ever would not recommend anyone to patron this location the employee wasnt wearing the mask properly touching face with gloves didnt bother to change them disgusting no greeting all i got was a dumbfounded look by employee HORRIBLE!!! and to top it all off chewing gum like cow
I feel Subways days are numbered. The food is good in my opinion but the prices have gone up with more limited customer service. The online service is just terrible. Come to think of it, 2 stars might be too much. I have had issue like wrong orders, ran out of bread and vegetables (again, vegetables, think about that for a moment), and you ask for an amount of something, say 4 sides of pickles, and you are given 1 or 2. I miss the days of Jared and the $5 footlong. Now commercials are focused on staying current. Will, that is just not working. The only thing that can save the company is going back to what worked and I hope that happens sometime soon!!!
ordered meatball sandwich through ubereat, and where is my "MEATBALL" at? JUST GOT A BREAD WITH VEGGIE ONLY AND MISSING MEAT!!!!
The staff named is Margery. She is very blunt. I asked her for honey mustard in my foot long. But the way responded denied was very rude. I was shocked. She can respond politely like other sales person. Then, next I asked her to put light mustard because I always take it light. But she put it very thick and again she bluntly replied that she cannot make it light because the bottles are designedly like that. What ????. Finally I was to dine there but she ignored by request and packed input for carry out.She is very rude person . I will not visit this place again any more.
Awesome service and sandwiches
While you don't expect gourmet cuisine at Subway Restaurants, I've been pleased with the taste of the sandwiches during several visits. Plus Luis seemed to enjoy making sandwiches and chatting with me while he was preparing a six inch tuna sandwich. Hospitality like that you normally don't get at fast food restaurants.
Worst subway experience ever. The people working here are least interested in the work they do. He messed up my wrap and at 9pm they said they can't refill the toppings anymore. They are open until 10 on weekdays so why do they not refill the toppings. The women working here is on her phone the entire time. It should be great working here because you get paid for being on your phone. They sent back a couple of people saying that they are closing at 9.15PM.YOU GUYS SHOULD IMPROVE A LOT ATLEAST WHEN YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS.
Good, clean and great service.
