I asked for a courtesy cup of water after ordering a foot long. The lady said they don't have cups therefore I don't get a courtesy. Not good service in my opinion 7/26/21 1:40pm
I placed an order online with subway and I notice that I input in the wrong zip code. When I called this location to see if I can cancel the order first they said they did not receive no order and it must be a different location. I received another email stating my order is almost ready. I called back and a guy answer the phone. I told him that I called before and if I can cancel the order. He said yes with a mean tone and hang up the phone on me and I was not done. Terrible customer...read full review

1 star, not because the food but because one of the girls working there is SUPER passive aggressive and just seems annoyed at her job and seems to not want to help anyone. I get not wanting to work especially the service industry, but you're not happy where you're at, then look for something else. One thing about the service industry is serving. Meaning you have to communicate with your customers and help them.
