This location has been closed down for good. They have been here for years. Sad to see another restaurant close due to Covid, rising food cost and lack of labor.

Not exactly the same as you get in Philadelphia but it is the best when you have a craving for a Philly cheesesteak in the Irving area. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with questions with each menu item. I waited a total of five minutes during the weekday lunch rush to get my hot and fresh south Philly. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend substituting the tortilla chips for waffle fries with a side of spicy ranch. I have been coming here for three years now and will keep coming whenever I am craving a Philly cheesesteak in the area.

Meat was quite bland. Me and my lunch mate both agreed tho we ordered 2 diff types of sandwhiches. I ordered tomatoes on mine oddly they only have chopped. You can't get sliced.

The Philly itself was very good.....the fries were cold when they arrived but when warmed up they were good also....only thing I'd say is they gave me chips with one of the meals & the chips were not freshly made or recently refried to add any type of flavor to them other then that it was good

This place was hot garbage. Cheesesteak taste like watered down sandwich meat. I ordered chips and queso, but got queso soup instead.

First, we love Texadelphia. The food is delicious! We could eat there every day. We went to the Irving location and it was filthy. We arrived at 7pm and it was obvious that not one table had been cleaned probably all day. The floors were filthy as well. I asked the girl at the counter to please come and wipe our table. She brought a dirty rag and spray....and didn't even spray the table not once! She halfway wiped it off! I was stunned. So I took my hand sanitizer and a towel and wiped it again. While ordering I looked at the kitchen and behind the counter and it was filthy as well. I could tell it had not been cleaned in a while. Not sure who owns this business, but you need to keep a closer eye on it. It is COVID and this place seems so disgusting and your website says the tables are wiped down between visits and all these false precautions that are not happening. The worst was when she brought out a basket of condiments and put it on the table and said whatever you don't use we will disinfect and use again, so leave the lid off what you use! I disinfected my condiment and ate my delicious sub and said nope, can't come back here again, got to drive further to a cleaner place next time, ugh,

To be clear up front on the cost, we like extras. :-) our only complaint at all was, one side of my wifes bread got soggy. The bread is thick enough though, she picked off the soggy parts to get to the sweet meat and onions. We got the Philly and a create your own. I recommend extra cheese and bacon as extras to add to your sandwich.

*Come for the queso.* Texadelphia is a very nice and spunky chain. Vibes and service are immaculate. Not all their sandwiches blow me away but there are a couple that are really bomb. My bf and I tried like every one together; so far our favorites are the South Philly and Founder's Favorite. The classic cheese whiz sauce is unbeatable, and they pile on the steak - juicy, meaty, delish. The Austin Hippie Chick and Texican are just ok - the supposed Tex-Mex flavors in both aren't distinct and chicken isn't meant to be on cheese steaks lol?! I did not like the Hickory, but barbecue lovers may enjoy this one! We also tried the French Dip chimichanga style - chimichanga style is great because the encapsulating tortilla gets nice n crunchy. The gravy in the French Dip is pretty useless however, so it is basically just a crunchy meat sandwich - still good lol They sell milkshakes and some crazy desserts. We went safe with cheesecake but it was nothin crazy. Come here for the savory! Last thing, the queso here is phenomenal. It's free - just ask for it. Shoutout to the waitress who gave us a huge bag of tortilla chips and giant tub of queso for free in a doggy bag on our way out - you rock!!

Food was decent, service isn't as good. They ran out of a certain cheese and decided to add another that we don't like. Guess we'll need to find another Philly cheese steak spot

If you're looking for a place to get a good burger or cheesesteak, this place is for you. The new owners of this place are always welcoming and food is cooked to order and is really quick to get out. I will be coming back in the future to try out more on their menu. Have yet to have anything bad yet and been here several times since change of ownership. It has definitely improved overall.
