I love açaí bowls so when I find one close to me I always have to give it a try. I got a bowl the was a bit pink which tasted like dragon fruit. I believe it's called dragon bowl. Loved the toppings and the flavor. The portion was good for the price.

Minor issue with order but manager quickly resolved it. I appreciate his customer service

The bowls were mediocre at best, but the worst part was the service. The gal who took our order was extremely uninterested and impatient with me. Bringing multiple people for business and being disrespected is not a recipe to create a successful business. I will not be returning here again.

Drove here to get lunch. Ordered a Dragon Bowl and asked to add bananas on top. Was charged fee for bananas. Unfortunately I didn't open the bowls until I was all the way back to my job and noticed that there were no bananas on top ..... I called the store to ask why I was charged for bananas but not given any. They argued with me and said that they were sure they put bananas on top and I said I will literally send you a photo. The girl gave me her phone number and I sent her the picture of the bowl with no bananas on top. She told me to drive back to the store so they could correct their mistake. At this point, my lunch break was over and I can't drive back there. I let her know that and she didn't offer to refund me for the extra fruit I paid for. As a matter of fact she didn't even respond lol. Great customer service. Also, both the bowls I ordered were extremely runny liquid consistency. And cost $30!!!! For two small bowls. Will NOT be returning and don't recommend this place.

Their breakfast bowls are really good, and I had Coconut flakes added on it. I also ordered a shake for myself. Great service.

Found multiple hair follicles in my Vitality Bowl.. even had to pull a few out of my mouth. Customer service doesn’t like people either. Don’t recommend.

This place advertises that they close at 6 due to CoVid reduced hours. I get here at 545 and they're already closed. These hours are not conducive to anyone that wants to pick up food here after work. I've tried to come here on 2 other occasions and it's the same situation. They're closed well before 6. I get that you're slow but that doesn't meant you should lock your doors well before advertised closing times.

Extremely disappointed in the service and the juice I received. I asked for a cold orange juice so that I could drink it now and I received a hot bottle, not sure if it was even fresh. They didn’t have ice for me to enjoy my juice right away. When I told them about it the girls looked at eachother and didn’t offer any solutions they basically just stood there very unprofessional. I spent $30 on 4 items, never again. Jamba Juice has never disappointed. Save your money go somewhere else.

Update** I went on 8/24/21 and was given a juice that was expired. It clearly says enjoy by 8/21/21 on the label. Thankfully I did not drink it. *Extremely disappointed. Got a hot orange juice, I asked for a cold pressed juice so that I could drink now while I got my nails done next door. Got a hot bottle. When I asked for a cup of ice they said they don't have ice, and just stared at me didn't offer any solutions. Threw the juice away. Never again! Spent $30 on 4 items, none were good. Save your money, go to Jamba Juice.

I love the açaí smoothies and the vitality bowl is my favorite.

First time going, place is clean. Ordered the Warrior Bowl, not bad at all but it's a bit pricey. Came out to $16 with two bottles of water. Kind of reminds me of Jamba Juice almost. It's really not that healthy either if you ask me. It has a lot of sugars packed in it. Would like to see something a little more fresh, less fruit and more vegetables, maybe they have it but I didn't see it, but otherwise not a bad place to go instead of McDonald's.
