Such a fast and easy check in process. The staff are absolutely amazing. I have been traveling alone as a woman and the two woman named Lisa and Remi are legitimately the one reason I've been able to stay in Texas look for a job, stay safe. They've gone out of there way multiple times. I highly recommend renting from this location.

This is probably the only place I know of where curbside pickup is slower than shopping in store. Amazingly, timing does not matter here. I was the only one that had arrived and verified that I was here. An employee had even verified my orders and said she'd be right out. Then a few more cars showed up and checked in AND got their orders before me. Fifteen minutes later and I finally get part of my order and they said the rest wasn't in stock. Except, it ALL was in stock, but one item, not 13 of the other items Walmart FAILED to deliver.

My recent experience at this Walmart reminded me why I stopped shopping at Walmart years ago. Sadly, no other stores carried the item I needed so I was forced to shop here. Customer service is terrible. I tried picking up an item with curbside pickup, but the item was damaged. I asked if there was another one to replace it with, so they took the damaged item back inside to check. It was the last one. I said: okay so how do I get a refund since you already marked that I picked this item up? They told me their manager said to go inside the store. I waited in the customer service line only to be told they couldn't refund me without the product in hand. I tried explaining that they took the damaged item back and told me to just come inside. The customer service woman told me that I had to get back in my car (after waiting in line for 30 minutes), drive back to curbside pickup, find the unknown Walmart employee at an unknown door, retrieve the item, and then come back inside. Nope, sorry not doing that. I asked several times if they could just call the curbside pickup manager until they budged. Wasted 45 minutes of my life today and came home empty handed. Never again.

This review is for the Automotive team. I noticed I had a flat tire as I was passing Walmart. I pulled into the automotive side and employee Joe Davis came out to help me. He was polite and quick. He showed me how my tires were wearing and explained that I needed an alignment. Even though they did not have the correct tire size at this location, Joe proceeded to put the donut on my car. I was impressed by his knowledge and concern.

I agree with all the negative reviews here. This is the nastiest Walmart I've ever seen with some of the nastiest people I've ever seen. This place is just full of bacteria and fungus and mold everywhere. This is probably one of the nastiest Walmarts I've been to around the country. And I travel all over the place. I will not be back to this one.

Walmart Depending on the time you visit it can be great! When high twice remember you can check out at different sections in the store as long as you don't have a ton of stuff. Greeters are pretty welcoming and or engaging. Needing a Manager, luck of the draw on that one. Workers can be helpful but you must enlist them. And yes you are almost guaranteed to find something else to buy other than what you came for..

WalMart is always great, however sometimes the customers aren't. Honestly I didn't even get to go in the Glade location bc of this sicotic individual. When backing into a parking spot she came out of nowhere... taking the spot and bosting about while in her car. Never responded just snapped pic in case it got ?. So unfortunate people act this way...
I like this store - great selection- but I'm not entirely thrilled with the push for self checkout. They only had one open register during a very busy time with the idea that everyone should use self checkout.

I placed an order from this store for delivery. It downpours the night of my deliver so I understand it's late. I was going to request to change the delivery to the next night. However, this store never answers the phone in the grocery section. It's 10pm and I'm still sitting up waiting to see if it's coming tonight when I should be getting ready for bed. This isn't the first time is happened, but it will be the last. This is why I started driving to Lewisville to pick up my groceries. ANSWER YOUR PHONE

I have to say I've been to a lot of Wal-Mart stores this may have been the cleanest store.The people in the bakery have fresh pastries and the managers was very helpful finding product or merchandise that me and my family needed. Walmart is the best store in the world because you can get anything the for a little bit of nothing.

This location has stepped up it game! The shelves are full of items and you always see staffers restocking inventory and happy to escort you to whatever item you are looking for. The in-store McDonald's is no longer there and after a certain time you can only use one door (near the old McDonald's). They have very few cashiers due to recent remodeling and the installation of SEVERAL self checkout registers, so if you are looking for an in person cashier, you may want to try a different location. I am a happy customer for sure! Kudos guys!!

If you don't have to shop here please go anywhere else. They've remodeled this store in a way that makes no sense. The aisles in the household and personal items/toiletries departments are so narrow only one cart can fit at a time. It's extremely time consuming to find things because they're randomly placed all over the store like having the pots and pans next to the hair care and other kitchen items further away next to arts and crafts. They made the clothing and wine areas big and spacious but there's never enough shoppers in those departments to justify wasting floor space that's needed elsewhere. Items are very low on stock and have been for months. I went to buy a kitchen trash can and they only had 3 and one was damaged. It's always crowded day and night and with the small aisles you end up bumping into people. The only good thing is it's 99 percent self checkout and all the registers are always open so no waiting. Each register is spacious and has a large platform for your bags. Their employees are terrible in a way you won't find anywhere else just uniquely terrible ?
