A&W Restaurant

In general, I like KFC, but this location let me down. Went through the drive-through to pickup lunch. Wanted two pieces of extra crispy chicken, a side of mashed potatoes, and a side of green beans. They forgot my green beans and replaced it with a cookie instead. Didn't find out until I was a few miles away and decided it wasn't worth the hassle to drive back. OVERALL: 2/5. Damn. This place got a bad rap. Truth is you want hot, quality fried chicken? Ya gotta wait. The inside, though neglected by KFC/A&W head office is spotless. The head man is like Gus Fring (Breaking Bad) the way he keeps the place. He's proud of his food and enjoys it himself, which is more than I can say for the many Dairy Queen's and Dunkin Donuts I see popping up all over the place. Staff is awful after waiting for a long time for my food the service up front was rude. My chicken was cold and incomplete, did not get what I asked for and paid for. Chicken was gross undercooked obviously never coming back to this place or any other location
