Everytime I go to this establishment they get something wrong. Today I ordered a Chicken Cheesesteak & I was sent home with a Philly cheesesteak, no chicken even though this is what I purchased. I won’t be returning to this Charley’s.

Came to shop at Walmart and stopped by the Charleys joint. Made a Togo order and once I took a bite there was a piece of hair in my sandwich. This was a terrible experience. Tried calling the location to no avail no one answered. Was very disappointed and disgusted.

Update I’ve spoken with the regional manager and they give me a full refund and a strawberry lemonade drink to go. I’ve always liked the food here, always been hot and fresh which is a plus to me. So I will be back because they made it right. I updated my stars from a 1 (previous comment) to a 3. I wish the daily special will stay at $4-$5.When you’re super hungry and haven’t ate all day, so you get something quick to eat. And then you look down after eating a few good fries and there’s a hair!! Like really.. just nasty. Yes, I requested a refund and no I did not get it. Not a good look!!

Kudos to the regional manager who called about my complaint some months ago.. he actually listened & made change!! I have pics to prove it! Plus the store manager & employees were great, friendly, professional! Plus… the delivery, appearance & taste of my meal was wonderful!! I have pics - hopefully I can upload at next prompt.
