I drove about 15-20 minutes to bring my grandkids to eat at this establishment.The reviews were so much better than the Ci Cis pizza near my house.The reviews were on point. Food areas cleaned frequently, tables cleaned promptly after customers left. Manager friendly and courteous!!!This is my Ci Ci's pizza now!!

The staff was sooo nice! Especially the guy who was in charge of making the pizzas. He was more than happy to take anyone’s request of a certain pizza. The employees serving the pizzas were just as nice, helping my kids get the pizza they were having a hard time getting. The pizza and options were beyond what I expected. Food Order wasn't the freshest on arrival, particularly pizza. They were going through a lull. The smell of the bathrooms hit me when I opened the front door of the restaurant. I went to check and they were very dirty. The smell was overwhelming. It smelled like sewer throughout the whole building in walk-in. Definitely need to clean those bathrooms throughout the shift. Mop, clean surfaces with a strong cleaner, disinfect. This was like a bad gas station bathroom. Yuck!

Our favorite Cici’s. Well managed, nice staff, always a good amount of fresh food to choose fromIf you’re not familiar with Cici’s - it’s a pizza buffet. Salad bar, pasta, pizza, dessert. The pizzas are decent - better than 5 years ago - a soft, chewy crust.We’re split - he goes for volume - 20+ pieces in a visit. I figure the cost point is low enough that I don’t have to stuff myself to get a good value. I like the salad bar selection at this location and the client interactions. Don’t see something you want? Just ask, they’ll make all special requests.Vegetarian options: With the buffet they will make you anything you request. So even if you only see cheese - all you have to do is ask.

I don’t prefer cici’s because it’s not great, however this location is great!!! The pizza is always hot and fresh and most of all the customer service is OUTSTANDING and let’s be honest fast food has really went way downhill. So we’ll travel a bit out our way for this cici’s. Thank you for making it a great place to take the family.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this cicis and it’s one of the best. I’ve never been a fan of cicis. But this one is clean, they keep the buffet out with food. Staff is friendly and seem to enjoy each other. Even coming in one night late. They kept pushing pizza out and asked for my request. I love the spinach pizza but this time the vegan pizza was so good

This place is absolutely amazing, have you been to cicis before? i guarantee you it wasnt like this one.From the spot free cleanliness to the employees greeting you as you walk in, you will realize this isnt a regular cicis.Ive spoken with the owner a few times who works along side the employees often, you can tell he truly cares about his place.They always ask to make custom things for you as well when its near closing, weve been to this one about 20 times and will continue returning.
