Foodies! Found this fantastic restaurant in Katy, Texas! If you know me, you know I LOVE 'hole in the wall' finds! Diverse is just that and can be found in a stripmall by Katy Mills Mall. For starters, I had the ceviche which was not only a gorgeous dish but delish! A whole (deboned) white fish with pico and slices of avocado and served with plaintain chips. What a find!! Love the atmosphere here! I ordered the papaya shrimp salad. Best salad ever! Presentation was lovely. Delicious mamey shake and plantains. This is a new favorite restaurant. Can't wait to try something else next time. Highly recommend!

Went there last Sat with friends and loved it! Service was great, the place was open and clean, beer came in nice iced mugs, and the food was excellent! I had the ceviche appetizer, the shrimp in coconut sauce main course, and they were both delicious. One friend ordered the Cuban sandwich and she couldn't stop saying that it was the best Cuban sandwich she's had! I'll definitely go back again.
