Was giving the wrong order and tried calling 3 times but automated message said to leave a message because the phone line was unavailable? I hope they see my review because I will be going to get the correct order when I get off! I want what I paid for not a soggy cold avocado taco!!!!Update: went back after work and the drive thru associate remembered me and acknowledged her fault in giving me the wrong order. I got my order and tore it up on the way home on the other side of town. Thank you!! ?
This establishment's service and staff were abysmal. I ordered a 3-piece meal with 2 wings and a chicken breast, but instead received 2 wings and a burnt, partially eaten pigeon breast. When I requested an exchange, the manager, Stephanie, argued and made me wait longer than stated. Completely unacceptable. Stephanie's behavior warrants dismissal. It's no surprise this location has a 2-star rating.

Grilled Chicken Cali Style! The employee at the drive-thru window was awesome. I had to wait a few minutes for my 2-piece White meat. She offered me a large drink at no cost. The wait was a little longer than anticipated, but it was well worth it. The chicken was fantastic...Cali Style!!!Parking: Small parking lot. I went around lunchtime so parking was a little tight. But the flow was awesome!
We order the 8pc Festive Family Meal for take out. When we got home and eat the mixed chicken and we notice the chicken was too hard. After bitting a piece we notice the texture of the chicken was not tender and juicy as before and it was kind of reheated for couple of times. We like their chicken but because of this we will not go back anymore. For the future buyers just want to warn you specially if it is take out you need to double check their chicken before going home. They might give you the reheated ones.

I won't go back! The employee at the drive-thru was okay this is not about her. The food was horrible. Large pieces of old salad, old rice, dry chicken, no cheese. The sauces are usually my favorite but the sauces they gave me were disgusting and looked weird. They have a limited menu and I honestly should have left but I was hungry. Bad choice because I was still hungry and out of $12. I made up my mind minutes after eating that I won't be going back.
