They never have flavors other than Texas tea during the week I drove over 30mins to get their new flavors and they didn’t have anything available they should really post on their website or update your hours when they’re fixing their machines, really upsetting because not the first time it

Got a big margarita tasted OK but was too weak not Worth drinking had to go get a real margaritas somewhere else a twelve ounce beer is stronger than this 24 ounce rita

I ordered a half gallon of the frozen whiskey passion from the Frio To Go already 3/4 into the half gallon solo steadily drinking and not even a buzz. Not sure if this has any alcohol in it. One glass of regular wine or liquor normally gets me buzzed but zero buzz with this drink. A positive, is the staff is really nice.

This used to be my go to place and I would have rated it 5 stars, BUT they changed their recipes. The frozen Hurricane was my favorite, however now it just taste like - I don't know.... something with flavored syrup I guess, but NOT a Hurricane. I have a new GO TO, but no longer Frios TO GO. Sad.... But to those that want to try, please do so. Everyone needs to try something for themselves and we have our own taste and expectations. I will tell you that they are always friendly and courteous; no disappointment there. I wish them luck with the change. Note - This review is for the Katy location.
I just tried to return a full drink that was purchased right before closing last night because it had a very strong chemical smell and taste. It did not seem safe to drink and tasted terrible. The manager refused to replace the drink because I didn’t call after closing hours to try to report the issue. I couldn’t even get my $5.15 reward back. The employee was apologetic and understanding, but the manager needs a lesson in accountability and customer service. My husband and I was planning to buy 2 additional drinks once we got my drink replaced but the manager messed that up over a $6.48 drink she refused to replace. I left the full cup of chemicals on the counter and will NEVER spend my money there again. Terrible customer service for an issue that was caused by your business.
