I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese combo and they didn't put meat on my burger!! The curly fries were stale and cold. They even messed up on the drink. I ordered a diet coke and they gave me a watered down coke. By far the worst experience I've ever had at Javk in the Box.

I would like to say that I love the Manager there. He's always in good spirits and is so friendly and moves the drive thru quickly. I've never had a problem with the food there either. I give the drive thru 10 thumbs up. =)Vegetarian options: Wish there was more vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely.Wheelchair accessibility: They have it.

Worst possible interaction with the night crew. If the young man working is so inconvenienced working here and getting the orders correct . There's no excuse for poor customer service after the order was repeated 3 times and it still was incorrect.... Stop letting this kids work the night shift

I ordered on line through the Jack on the Box web site. Not once but twice because I really wanted the Tacos, burger and Curly Fries on 01/ 18/24. Not once but both times, right at the time that the orders were due to be delivered, I was notified by Door Dash (they already had driver waiting at the resturant) that my order was cancelled, and I was instructed to contact the resturant and was given a number to contact the resturant.I call and spoke to someone name Pedro. I asked him why the order wad cancelled, by Jack in the Box. He stated that the food was ready and to come get it. I told him I ordered it for delivery because I can't "get it". I asked him to contact Door Dash to come and pick up the order, and I was told that they do not have anything to do with that. Then I asked to cancel the order completely cause the charge has already hit my bank account and pending payment. He told me that it too bad, the food is made so I have to pay for it. I asked to speak to a Supervisor or the Manager, he said he was the Manager, then rudely hung up on me. I tried to call seveval times, and no one would answer the phone. I contacted Door Dash and they stated that they were notified by Jack in the Box that the order was cancelled. Since I really wanted what I ordered Door Dash even tried to call the resturant on both orders and no one would answer the phone, and they even tried 3 different phone numbers. Why do you have a phone number when no one will answer it?How do I ensure I'm not charge for something I don't get.If this person "Pedro" is the manager, I sure will not ever use this resturant. He was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!

For how much fast food has gone up, this is NOT what you should receive for fries. Cup full of all the bottom small pieces.

We were in the drive thru... Y'know ... Ordering drive through food. The service was nothing out of the norm. No food was thrown out or back in... There was no cussing ... You could tell that person taking your order was pretty new because she didnt turn the mic off when speaking to others... The drink machine worked because the drinks didnt taste off... So, yeah. A normal experience ... Not too much excitement...

I waited for 18 minutes in the drive thru w 3 cars in front of me. My time to pay and get my food was up...took a little longer. There was confusion...drove off, took a bite and all this mayonnaise came out! No taste other than mayo. Couldn't even eat my food...

Made an online order, and still had to wait for 2 tacos and fries, even after my order was supposed to be ready about 10 minutes ago. I was just standing near the register with no acknowledgement for at least 5 minutes before the customer behind me called for someone to come to the register. A customer who came in behind us ended up just walking out because they had him just standing at the register too. There were no customers in the dining room and the tables were a bit dirty.
