First time to Kolache boss and I expected an exciting place with amazing kolaches. It was a bit underwhelming. I tried the usual favorite Sausage egg and cheese kolache and it was bland and the bread was very thick. I didn’t finish it.Ranchero had a bit of a kick with the jalepeno in it but overall it was a 7/10.

They don't honor thier posted opening times. State they are open at 5 but got there at 520 and nothing out and lights off.

They supposedly open at 5am. Stopped by at 5:15 and they didn’t have anything ready to serve. Must comply with posted hours so that people don’t waste their time.

Terrible place to go. Took my order wrong. Forgot some of my stuff. Served my kolaches to me cold. Poppers are all bread and little filling. Not worth it at all! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I love this place! The food is utterly heavenly, and the vibe is so real and peaceful. The owner is such a cool guy, and the staff do good work. I come about 3-4 times a week and I won’t stop any time soon.Anyone giving this place bad reviews is obviously expecting a service that they are not paying for. This is a breakfast place, and it gets my full support for doing that extremely well.Parking: Always a spot open.

The inside of this place is pretty depressing. It's very drab and dark(the lights were turned off in quite a few places). We initially thought they were closed. The bathrooms weren't very clean either. They were out of paper towels, so I opened the cabinet and just found used toothbrushes and toothpaste inside. There was an old, black, and peeling desk chair behind the counter with an unhappy employee sitting in it staring at her phone. She didn't greet us and was completely zoned out. When we asked what was in one of the kolaches, we got an "I don't know" as a response. We heard an employee in the back that she could have easily walked over to and asked, but I guess that was expecting too much. We asked for the vegetarian kolaches, but she started to put the bacon ones inside our bag. I'm glad I was watching because I would have been really disgusted biting into anything containing bacon. The customer service was absolutely non-existent here, which was super disappointing. On top of that, the food was underwhelming. The kolaches we got had very stale and tasteless bread with raw potatoes inside. It's unnerving to eat a microwaved kolache with warmed raw potatoes inside of it. I will say the cinnamon roll we got was fresh and very good. I don't think I would recommend this place, but maybe it was just an off day. Kolache Boss turned out to be more like Kolache Bummer.

Don't buy donuts from here. They are dry and not fresh. My church gets donuts from here and they taste like they are at least a day old.

I came in about 9:30a on a Sunday, grabbed a jalapeno&cheese kolache, a chappel hill kolache, and two donuts - all the items looked better than they tasted. It seems like there was a change in ownership recently, as none of the employees cared in the slightest (including the man behind the divider wall sitting in the chair just talking). Some of the decorations (asian cat waving his paw & tiny Buddha statue) didn't match the employees (white youths working the front, and Hispanic man in the back, noone had a shirt with "Kolache boss" written anywhere). Both Kolache meats were nowhere close to warm, even after he microwaved it, and the breading PERFECTLY aligned with the edge of the meat. Donuts were stale, nearly identical in shape & amount of frosting applied - all this makes me think they were made the day before by someone else.

Little Asian boy works window past months so far if he's there just try another place. 4/4 on messing my order up. He Can't tell which kolache is which and hands em cold to me. Manager who hired him and everyone must be fired it's breakfast and can't even run that right.

I like this place but I don’t come here as often as I would like to since the prices keep going up. they’re also not updated on the menu so you are prepared to pay one thing and find out it’s more on the receipt.

I wish I had pictures, but honestly these Kolache's are too good! The customer service here was amazing! The kolache's were so fresh and delicious! We had the Polish sausage and cheese, Philly cheesesteak and brisket bbq! I can't wait to go back for the Philly cheesesteak!
