Idk anything about the sandwiches or deli, that appears to be where all their not great reviews come from; I’m only talking about the meat market.I challenge anyone to take meat from H‑E‑B and the same thing from this butcher shop and put them side by side and compare. You’ll immediately know the difference, I won’t buy meat from anywhere else if I can help it (time, laziness, etc). The NYs are perfection, ground beef, chicken, sausages, all very very good. They’ll also dress things however you’d like. I’ve asked them to run the fajita through tenderizer a couple times, they’ll butterfly and tenderize chicken.Do not sleep on their marinated fajitas, they’ve become a weekly staple.My only wish is that they had ground sausage for my chili and some other dishes.I didn’t know this but they can also do bigger roasts like queen and king cut prime ribs.Editing to 3 stars: don’t say you’re open until 7 and close early, I went through a bunch of traffic I didn’t have to go to to try to get here only to find out 7pm doesn’t mean 7pm. Especially if the guy behind the butchers counter is standing there looking just on his phone.

My son picked up a tomahawk steak for me to make with our Christmas dinner, he’s new to Katy,TX his friends told him go to Midway! Best decision it was tender and really really delicious we came down from Kansas City was great to find a nice place like this close by! Merry Christmas ?? we will be back for sure ?

Love this place! Excellent service. I came in to get a deer processed. Small deer, 32 pounds but Got jerky sticks, Cajun rolls, pan sausage, summer sausage, all different variations: sweet chipotle, habanero, pepper jack cheese… DELICIOUS!2 week turnaround time. Fairly priced.Also had a breakfast taco inside. Perfect.

1 whitetail - instructions to make as many roasts as possible and turn the rest into sausage… took 3 weeks, was an extra $380, and it was done wrong! I was shocked when I picked up my deer and it was 2 roasts and the rest turned into sausage. Won’t be going back

Local place with damn good moist brisket!Atmosphere casual inside a meat market.2 meat plate $15.99 includes 2 sides, 2 large slices of bread, homemade pickles and some awesome sauce. Sauce is homemade tomato based sauce with a pepper kick.Smoked brisket lean had a slight classic bark but was still moist and tasty.Smoked turkey breast was a little salty but still good.Coleslaw had purple & regular cabbage, celery seed and tangy vinegar mayo mix sauce so good!Mac and cheese was creamy and yet not too gooey just enough cheese sauce!Don’t forget to get the banana pudding :). It’s fluffy and fresh!I will be coming back for more !!!

Visited for the first time on Saturday. I was shocked to walk in and notice the place was practically empty. I found moldy hoop cheese on the shelves. The sausage wasn’t what I was accustomed to at my market as it was over dried. I bought some things, but will never return. It feels like a regular grocery store to me.

First time we have had cooked food from the burger deli. All I can say is we were massively dissatisfied. The burgers we had were not from fresh hamburger but were from out of a vacuum type bag. They were compacted so tight that they were almost inedible. My burger had brisket on it, it also was not good something was off with the taste. My wife’s onion rings were also terrible way over done. Needless to say we will never go back. Probably not going to get meat there anymore either.

This is last time I'll use them. I like the way the make the sausage and pan sausage taste but I feel they always rip you off with the back strap. I felt this way last time and should of known they were going to do it again. Just furious.

I got their cheeseburger and added bacon and grilled onions. Since then I have been back numerous times. Easily the best burger consistently that I have found. I have had a better burger but when I went back to that other place, they never can make it as good again. Mid Way gets it right every single time. Also the fries are great and the onion rings. If you like sliced bbq beef sandwiches, they are really good too.also the store has good meats! Definitely give it a shot if you are looking for a good burger. Also it's never crowded. Hidden gem type place I guess.
