There was a story floating around recently about a girl who had 300 kidney stones bc she only drank boba and no water. I would rather get a couple than go back to this location. In all of Texas, this ShareTea location was the worst. The pearls were all stuck together and kinda mushy/too soft or not as chewy as anticipated, and the workers were sarcastic and honestly made me uncomfortable ordering as if they were mad i walked in in the first place because they mustve been conversing with two other customers and were upset they had to go back to working. If i had known it was gonna be like that, i would’ve gone to the Yan Tea or GongCha across the street ffs. I’ve been to several ShareTea locations and they’re always so friendly. Not this one. Highly highly do not recommend. If I could give service a negative star i would.

I've been to this location for many years, but I'm very disappointed that today the Ice Coffee Blended that I ordered was not blended well and you can see chunks. This is fast and lazy service and I ordered 2 and both were the same improperly made.

The young lady at the register welcomed us with a warm "Hello". FYI- If you do not know what you want, step back and look at the menu. If not, then you'll feel the pressure of selecting a drink quickly. The setting was very chill,not quiet for studying, but great for convos and laughs. Can get loud. Great music playing while waiting for your order. We've been here before (3x), and I noticed that the person at the register doesn't make recommendations. Could be the number of people in the line, not sure. However, its a good strategy to get the customer to select a drink but also provide customer service. Also, they have specials/deals on signs up front, but if you don't ask about it, then you could miss out on a deal. Nevertheless, we always try something new. We selected the Honey Tea (hot) with extra honey and the strawberry ice blended with lychee jelly and ice cream. The young lady at the register did a great job taking our order as well as informing us of our order number. ? I did notice an employee with long hair (making the drinks) stopped and used their hand to remove hair strands from their face. Please use hat/hair net and wash hands. Food and safety 101. The tea was not hot at all and tasted very bland 2/10 Wheres The green tea flavor and honey? The strawberry ice blended was delicious. Overall, the drinks are a hit or miss. Sometimes, they are yummy, and sometimes it tastes like a rushed job/watery. Time to test other locations.

Good teas and drinks. Do try the blended strawberry ice. The place has relatively naked walls and therefore has a lot of echo. Good seating but gets loud.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Today I came in to this place trying to order a drink. I'm new to trying different drinks that contain tea. I approach the line to order in hopes of getting a recommendation from the cashier for something with either chocolate or coffee. He rudely told me that they do not sell anything like that. I would of honestly taken any drink suggestion. I just choose a drink of the menu to which I pointed. Regardless he proceeds to just sell me a classic black milk tea which was definatly not what I wanted. I didn't want to fight or complain so I just took my lost. I dont know if the cashier was having a bad day or if it was because I was the only non asian there. If you want a good service experience do not go to this location.
