Just went to this location because the gps said it was the closest. But it's literally not even done being built!!! So where's all these reviews coming from?? FAKE! The pics are clearly from a different location. Just because you're a big company doesn't mean you get to fool others.

I went through the drive through for an afternoon coffee. There were only 2 people in front of me and I waited 15 minutes. The coffee was good as usual but an unusually long wait time.

My wife gave them another chance and......I hate that I have to give them a star. Worst store ever! Food and drinks are standard Starbucks. If you want to order here, clear your schedule because you will be here the rest of your day. They have the worst pre-order system. They are paying a full time person to look at a tablet and tell you your order is late because they are behind. And then that person will screw up and not tell you when your order is ready. Hire more baristas and get another espresso machine, and get rid of the useless tablet reader!

I concur with the previous posters. The customer service is DREADFUL! We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and when asked about them was slightly cut off due to them being overwhelmed! Imagine stepping on an ant bed with a bunch of workers but nothing's is happening!
