WANNA SPOIL YOUR MOOD AND YOUR DAY! Then visit this subway location. NEVER GOING BACK. First of all how can you appoint someone to deal with customers who doesn't know english AT ALL!! This lady was a big pain and so very rude. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. SUBWAY really needs to work on their employees now.. ITS HIGH TIME!

I always go there even when the lady there is super rude to me and can't understand me. but my last visit was horrible she was plain disrespecting me saying what language I was speaking? if it was French, Italian, Portuguese. I was like no ma'am I am speaking to you in English, and I was so confused why she appeared to be so angry and rude to me. Other than that I always repeat myself over and over again which is fine as long as I don't get treated so horrible. I definitely will not be going back there again. Horrible customer service. She has no patience even when there are no customers at all.

This subway is Horrible ran by old incompetent people an old spanish lady and man. She literally took 5 mins putting out sliced cucumbers when she could have attended to me for my order. Than they didn't know how their own app worked and I had to help them use their own computer. These people should be in a nursing home not running a Subway! And what's worse is the customers service number doesn't help they tell you to go online

11/21/21 12:22 pm I walked in and wasn’t greeted when I got to the employee that was working at the time he automatically came of rude after that I proceeded to ordering and his rude behavior continued he barely put any meat on my sandwich so I requested for him to add more even if I had to pay for us but then he told me it’s only one scoop man which I found very disrespectful because he was talking to me as if I was his age then I told him thank you for your service I will go elsewhere. I will not be returning to this subway for the poorly customer service.

I arrived 5 mins before 7, sign clearly says they're open until 8 and employees are inside, but they don't even bother to come to the door and let you know why they've closed an hour early. Very rude.

these guys are the best! never skimp on the sandwich, always very kind and respectful. Ladies are always nice to me and wish me a good day even when i order some weird but yummy subs.in a high traffick spot so some people get way too impatient and rude over them clarifying the order, tough people putting up w alot of bs!!

My husband and I met at this Subway at 7:20 pm (Subway clearly states that they close at 8:00 pm).I arrived first and walked inside at 7:20. The manager, Hector LOCKS the door behind me. My husband arrived 4 minutes later at 7:24. I asked if he could let my husband in and he said yes. We ordered and got our food from Fernando (who made a quality sandwich by the way). Hector was in the back doing something. As we were checking out, we asked Fernando politely if we could have 5 minutes to eat our food. (This is about 7:35). Fernando replied “ of course! I will be here to clean up. Eat and enjoy”. Hector, the manager, comes out of the back and starts yelling at my husband and I saying we cannot stay because they are closed. It was 7:35! Fernando tried to talk to him to allow us to stay. Hector, the manager, got so mad, he stormed out at 7:45 and left Fernando to clean up all by himself. We apologized to Fernando, but he said “sit and eat! It is ok!” My husband and I finished eating at 7:50 and left tipping Fernando for his kindness.Fernando, you will make a great manager some day! Thank you for your kindness.Personally, I would give Fernando 5 stars and Hector 1 star for how we were treated today.

Slow service, very hot place to patronize (like the restaurant doesn't believe in having AC that works properly), and I will not return.

I work at Walmart and I always come here, I don't know why there are so many bad comments, the lady with glasses was very nice and respectful to me. But I have seen clients be very mean and rude to them, most of the costumers there are very disrespectful, be good clients. They are not there to put up with their mistreatment
