Since this is next door to my office, I frequently order online and walk over to pick up. The 2 ladies that work there are always very friendly. I'd estimate that of the hundred orders I've placed this year, maybe 2-3 had mistakes, and they were always quick to apologize and correct. For the most part, the food is always fresh. My only complaint would be that the lettuce is sometimes a little red, and there are times where they don't have certain toppings. The offerings on the online menu don't always match up to what's in the store, but that's likely an issue with the app.

Vegetables are always SO OLD I have came to this subway multiple times and always have the same experience. They never change their veggies and the bread is always stale. I would definitely not recommend. I work at the hospital around the corner and all of my colleagues keep having the same experience. It's disgusting and can make people sick PLEASE have someone look into this asap

Only one man working that didn’t speak good English. 2 women showed up to work and one of them took both mine and my buddies sub apart, took off half of our toppings and he made what we asked. We ended up leaving.

If I could rate it a 0, I would. Every single time I come here, the wait is either long, food is not ready when I order online, and only one worker. Never coming back to this location. Especially when there’s another subway down the road. This last time I ordered online, she didn’t have the food even made 45 minutes after I placed the order. Then when I got home, every single sandwich I ordered was totally wrong. Not just like oops here’s some spinach instead of lettuce - I didn’t even get my ham in there. Not a single slice. And then my other sandwiches had the wrong bread, and smothered in black olives when I didn’t even put it on the order lol. Like what??? Can barely get a refund because the only worker doesn’t speak English. Lord.
