You must know that all persons must be present. We have 7 persons come for a dinner, one person arrived later and the 6 persons cannot take a seat and order appetizers!Reviewed and found similar happened before. They didn’t put any notice and no improvement!What I have written is very clear! The owner replied but still doesn’t tell the client: all your guy must physically present at the front desk otherwise you cannot have a table. The taste not special, compare with other BBQ

Ordered th the large prime rib. It finally came out, and it was 2 slices on top of each other. No auju on the plate, and the bottom cut was a gray dry piece that was inedible. The waitress took it back and informed me that this was all they had left. Her explanation was inexcusable. They brought me a small cut of ribeye that was raw in the middle. I talked to the manager? and I explained my experience and that I was leaving. I'm not visiting this place again.

We were at our table for 10 minutes and no one bothered to come up to us after they had taken 2 tables orders who got there way after. We ended up leaving. Service is terrible I can’t believe how many people wait for this place.

Customer service was definitely not great. We had a party of 18 and 3 members were running late. They would not let us hold the booth next to use even though they arrived 10 minutes later. The server was very quiet. We could not hear her and she never checked on us for refills or to clear plates off the table. We had to stack all our plates up to make room for the entrees. I don't think we will be going back again.

We always enjoy our experience at Texas Roadhouse. Everyone leaves happy and full at the end. The servers are attentive but not annoying and the food is delicious. The negative on this occasion was the very long wait for a table...over an hour and 45 mins. We're a large family so I understand but it's still a long time and a restaurant should be able to accommodate a party of 10. We sat at two tables which is fine but the food didn't come out at the same time so one of our tables was almost totally done with dinner before the other table's food had come out. We were also charged for kids drinks when our server told us that they come with the kids meals. I still recommend the restaurant.

We LOVE Texas Roadhouse it's one of our top favorite steakhouses! The prices are really good, the atmosphere is very nice. The staff are super friendly, love their line dances! The Steaks are always on point (especially ribeye and prime rib) depending on when you go there may be a long wait, definitely recommend getting on the waitlist ahead of time if you are coming on a weekend.
