So my wife and I went back n forth of where to eat knowing we wanted BBq and decided on UBB and boy o boy let me tell yas!! We we absolutely blown away with the friendliness of the staff how quick food got out to us and the flavor and tenderness the bark of the Brisket if off the hook!! Definitely ask for the fatty part of the Brisket if ya know anything about meat fat is flavor!! The ribs are fall off the bone and done and smoked right. The jalapeño coleslaw is a must have get a large and the sweet potato cassarole is omg taste amazing!! For desert the peach cobler with cinnamon home made ice cream is the best desert I've ever had!!! So in short UBB is a must stop and eat and try everything you will not be disappointed!!! We will be back and thank you to UBB for everything!!!

How!?!?!Brisket was dry and bad, sausage was bland and mediocre at best.Sides were either over seasoned terribly or bland and gross.Not even remotely goodAdded for the delightful response from the owner:I had listed this with 4 star services because the staff seemed nice enough. Owner is definitely making that harder to justify. I brought the dry brisket to their attention, but I don't usually ask for a refund in small businesses because I know what it does to the bottom line.Happy to show my receipt and back up my review. Still don't want my money back but some respect might be appreciated.I travel a ton for work. While I shouldn't have to justify my credentials for BBQ reviews, the owner seems to think that if you live somewhere else, it doesn't matter if you've lived in Texas before moving to another state or if you've smoked 1000 lbs of brisket yourself.It doesn't make me an expert, but it also doesn't take one to know dry, overdone brisket and bland sausage.

My wife and I came it and got two 2 meat plates. Staff is very friendly and welcomed us in. Price is reasonable and portions were generous! I got brisket, chicken, collard green, and mac and cheese. The food was amazing! The brisket had such a great smoke flavor! My wife and I definitely found our new spot! Next time I come I'm gonna try the turkey leg!

The brisket was so mushy, the macaroni was dry. The chicken was very salty . It was pricey for the quality of the food. One and done for us, my bf left a whole pile of uneaten brisket.
