I can’t even begin to describe how good this place is… would come here during lunch break and this place has me driving 45 minutes to get dinner. Love coming here , the food is astounding and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and has a very homey feel. I really do love this place and hope it stays and does well.. will be posting my review on every platform to ensure everyone knows how amazing this place truly is.

This is a great new family owned restaurant. Our office is close by so we go here for lunch 1 or 2 times a week. It has yet to disappoint!!! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Very nice location and the service is very attentive. We ordered pick up yesterday, here's some constructive feedback:1- The filling on the rice paper rolls (fresh summer rolls): much room for improvement here, they barely put a very thin and tiny pork slice and a couple of tiny shrimps. Literally, you just taste the noodles filling.I asked for an extra of peanut sauce, which I figured it'd be have an added cost, but NOT to charge $2.00.The peanut sauce looks, feels and tastes more like a peanut jelly. Not a fan.2- The noodle salad to go portion somehow seems to be smaller than the dine in. In general, their portions are smaller than other restaurants.

The restaurant reeked of wet paint when I went in for lunch, the owners should let the wet paint smell air out before allowing customers to dine in.The bill for four bowls of pho and a sandwich was $100 before tips, which is understandable if the portions are large. But the portions weren’t large. My P1 pho had the tiniest bit of tendon in it, a couple of meat balls, and a few slices of beef.I grew up eating pho on a regular basis from lots of different restaurants and nothing justifies the price Vietnam Bistro is charging for their bowls.

Nice sandwich, but the vegan pho was just hot water in a bowl.

First I love Vietnamese Food but they are advertising Vegan Food. There is a big difference between Vegan and Vegetarian foods and recipes. I had the Tofu plate with Vegetables. It was a small amount for the price. The Vegetable is onions, bell peppers, etc with tofu. No brown rice or Vegetable noodles. Only egg and rice noodles. Also I did not like that they pass there Credit Charge on to the customer.Vegetarian options: Very limited may be 5 items. Definitely not VeganDietary restrictions: This is not a Vegan Restaurant . Not good ot you are dieting or fasting.

We love the food here. The ambiance is usually great, but this last time we came there was a group in the corner who were friends of our waitress's boss (according to our waitress) whose kid had his tablet on FULL BLAST completely destroying any chance at a peaceful meal. When we asked the manager to say something, assuming they had a policy for this, they declined to do anything. I won't be back as they chose their friends complete lack of consideration over their other customers.

First time trying this Vietnamese restaurant only a couple of miles from me. I was not impressed. We bought Pho chicken noodle, it was short on chicken and long on noodles. Also got Vietnamese egg rolls. The fish sauce that came with them was unlike any other I’ve had and I have to say I didn’t care for it. Didn’t taste like fish sauce and it was very salty. I also bought General Tso’s chicken. My bad. Spur of the moment choice because it was on the menu. It was very bland. There was hardly any sauce to mix with the white rice. Overall I’d have to say not going to be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant. I had high hopes since it is much closer than my favorite place. Guess I’ll do the 40 minute round trip to my old standard instead of the 15 minutes to this new place.
