Ordered 1 tender meal, 1 12pc gizzard meal and was given 2 tender meals, not a issue a simple fix so we drove back and got the order corrected thanks to the young man who remade them fresh, the issue is the other man who was yelling over and over about this small mistake. If he made a mistake just tell him don't yell you ruin the work environment with unnecessary drama and especially over a small issue like this. I hope the young man who remade our oder isn't upset over this so please don't worry about it.

Sometimes the tenders are more the size of nuggets.
Drive thru at multiple locations have shortage of workers, so slower going to get to you. This visit we had tea, chicken tenders and livers for two of us. Soooo salty was almost inedible. Please reduce salt usage. Not my first time with this issue. I periodically stop in for sweet tea with few issues.

Today is Sunday November the 19th 2023, I went to Bush's chicken to order chicken they didn't have the right amount of chicken the manager said she was going to substitute a piece of chicken which was a breast and gave me the chicken but when i looked at it, it did not have the right pieces of chicken she decided that she was going to change and make it her order instead of my order that is bad business She was supposed to substitute a leg for a breast, She thought, I wasn't going to look in the box which I always do, check my food before I leave. She wanted to tryband trick me, thinking I would not look until I got home. Not good management.

Buiesnness was hopping, but all threw the drive threw. Took them awhile to take my order and to pull my items. I was the only inside customer. I ordered a gallon of half sweet and half unsweetened tea. It was already prepared and just needed to be grabbed from the refrigerator. Same goes for my 6 chicken tenders. Just needed to be boxed up and sent to the customer.

The fact i love bushes but getting a meal with no drink due to them having no ice for past 2weeks i feel they should at lest give something for the drink part of the mealHope they get ice soon
We made an order and they did not get it right. The cashier never read back our order so we had no idea she was confused. When confronted about it she said she would have to charge us for what she messed up. She then went and got her manager and the manager said it was our fault the order was wrong and she would charge us for the correction. I refused to pay for something they should have gotten right in the first place. They were very rude!
