Will definitely be back...A total taste of Louisiana... Had a catfish po'boy and red beans and rice. Let me tell you the worst part about it is that it finished...Thank you dj's. I recommend this place at the food truck park anyday.
Check out, Be'listx Food Truck! I went to the food truck park to try a burger but instead came across this food truck. They did not disappoint! The food was fresh, delicious, and feeling! I ordered the chicken tenders with fries, a peach mango smoothie ?, and a wild berry smoothie(from my S/o). The chicken tenders were moist, well seasoned and perfectly cooked! I love the waffle fries too!

I got fries from the burger place and it was delicious. I did expect the size to be bigger. Everything is this establishment looked clean and organized.My in laws ordered food at another truck and they couldn’t enjoy their food because the employees did not wear gloves. One of them is a cancer survivor.Please please please cookers and servers wear gloves.
